Although this location gets really busy on the weekends, I had a pleasant first time experience. All of the Sales Associates were preoccupied with other clients, but one of the employees walking around with an iPad or tablet made sure I was going to get assistance as soon as possible. I waited for less than 10 minutes and Robbie helped me get my Graceful MM with the Damier Ebene material, which was about $2000+ including tax. My interaction with him was brief and I appreciated that because I was in a hurry to go grab dinner with my new bag!

Great store in the Bay Area with great SA’s. My buying experience is always awesome. I was able to purchase a lot of limited editions here. Ricky and Mitos will help you get your dream bag.

First time here! The store was nice my personal shopper was beautiful and very accommodating with my shopping needs and understanding I was shopping for my wife's perfect purse. There is no price in this world that comes close to my wife's worth. To All the woman that where a stepping stone, A million thanks yous my Wife will enjoys The Man I am and her purse.

The shop worth 0 star. My wallet smells bad, the manager didn't think it has any defect because he never see the problem before. Maybe it's my credit card's fault.

Buyer beware: I was at this Louis Vuitton to buy a carry on bag and I was told there was one left of the style I wanted. The sales associate was very pushy in trying to sell me another style in red, which is not my preferred color but it was obviously her favorite color. When I insisted on my preferred style, she finally brought it out and it was obviously a demo model. There were a lot of scratches on it and I told her and her manager that I would like to order a new one instead. Again, she said that there was always the red one! I ordered one online and they were clearly annoyed…when I should have been the one who was annoyed by their gall to sell me a used bag at full price So, buyer beware what you are buying. This is obviously not a real luxury brand but rather a corporate profit machine churning out lower quality bags every year. I should have went to Goyard…

Staff spoke condescending to us. Specifically the woman checking in shoppers at the door and the salesman who helped us initially. Go to San Francisco store, big difference in customer service.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They were only allowing a few people in at a time inside which was fine, as it made the room more spacious. With the ample parking around the shopping center, if I am to buy another Louie product, I would def shop here again!

I love Evelyn, Rebecca and Brandon. They are always super welcoming, patient and they are very polite and creative.
