I was a patient here a few years ago and received excellent care from my provider, Matt. Due to some personal issues and COVID, I began seeing another provider. Due to an insurance issue, it became necessary for me to find another provider for psych services. The office got back to me very quickly and answered all of my questions. They also said that I could return as a patient. Anyone that has searched for a provider knows it can be difficult, so I am thankful for Boston Healthcare’s quick response and willingness to help me obtain the services I need. I see that others have had difficult experiences, but I highly recommend Boston Healthcare and I have never been treated with anything but respect and have always had positive experiences here.

I have been seeing NP Matthew Peculis for nearly 4 years and he has been wonderful. The help he has provided has been incredible - he’s always patient and kind, never judgmental - and he put in so much effort to get me on the right medication so that I could be happy and productive in my life. The office staff is always friendly, whether on the phone or in person. I’ve also had past life changing interactions with David Stanford elsewhere, and was tremendously happy to bump into him in the waiting room recently. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their mental health.

I don’t know how what they’re doing is legal, but the front desk is a disaster many times I’ve called I leave voicemails I don’t hear back, EVER, but now I requested a prior authorization in march knowing insurance would be changing in April, my pharmacy and I have called about 4 times trying to resolve this and only have received attitude and “it could be today it could be months from now I have over 150 to do” as an answer which means I haven’t been able to pick up my prescription because they’re not well staffed. I’ve been a patient there for 5+ years and they’ll drop you if you miss ONE appointment but have absolutely no respect for their patients time or even in tone when speaking to them 10/10 don’t recommend.

Dr. Keeks is very good! I feel like She genuinely cares. Secretaries are always helpful!

At first I really liked this place. My friend recommended it to me at I thought everyone was nice. Sadly that was not the case fast forward to a few months ago and my doctor up and left the practice. I didn’t even found out until 2 WEEKS AFTER HE LEFT. When I called MYSELF to refill my meds since he had not. And the response I got was in a rude tone “Well we didn’t know either he left unexpectedly” okay I understand but if a doctor has been gone over 2 weeks you had plenty of time to let HIS PATIENTS KNOW! On top of that when I asked to refill my meds they said no wanted me to start with someone new. They made my new appointment for the end of the week just to call and tell me that wasn’t really an appointment time to change it on me. Needless to say I left but the front desk has always had issue. I just liked my doctor enough not to leave. But if your looking for a doctor I would say look somewhere else for better care.

Had a one hour session for a diagnosis, then was instructed by the doctor to get bloodwork and an EKG performed. After doing so and submitted all of the paperwork, the doctor and the paperwork admin ghosted me for an entire week. When I admittedly called with a serious tone, I was told the admin fell and was between appointments. Multiple voicemails have gone unreturned, and whomever answered the phone last week was trying to force me to take a call with the doctor. I refused as it was a co-pay cash grab as the doctor did not prescribe nor update anything. Today I received a letter in the mail that the doctor is dismissing me as a patient. He claims non-compliance with appointments cancelled one and rude to staff. I only explained my frustration to the staff, without namecalling, as their hold up was holding up my return to work date. These people won't return your calls, they have excuses for delays, and the Doxy appointments are co-pay cash grabs.

What a great group of health providers! From the staff super responsive and kind to my favorite clinical PA Jessica, I feel grateful and relieved to have them overseeing my health plan. There are none better in the field! My one regret is that I can only give them 5 stars. They are ALL superstars and deserve many more!

Our experience with Russell is excellent. He shows genuine concern for my daughter's well being. He is very conscientious when prescribing medication and only does so after careful consideration of my daughter's symptoms. Erica is extremely efficient and kind. I know if my daughter needs anything, she will take care of it. I feel very confident and thankful having my daughter in their care.

Absolutely the worst place for anyone as a patient to go for help. The front desk staff is completely useless with the exception of 1 person, failing to do even the simplest of tasks from proper billing to even telling your healthcare providers that you are even there forcing you to wait hours before you are seen then have the nerve to blame you for being late! Constant cancellation of scheduled appointments and if you run out of meds until your rescheduled one well good luck bc trying to get a temp refill is nearly impossible without calling over and over and checking on the staff. And the therapists? The absolute worst. From talking about other patients, themselves and own personal lives, they cant even focus on you. Or remember what u told them. Language with nearly all of them is a huge barrier problem. During my ridiculous lengthy waits in the waiting room I even seen them take the wrong patients in! Confusing them! How completely unprofessional. If you value yourself and time you will not go here. Therapist should not call their own patients trying to help themselves liars. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star, this place is completely detrimental to all mankind's wellbeing

This place is a joke, worst therapy I’ve received in 5 years, had to get a new therapist because the old one always had her camera off and the most I heard from her was yeah and that’s exciting, both therapists where always an hour late and would sometimes cancel the appointment after it had supposed to have started
