I can’t say anything better than how amazing every single person is, especially Mel, my rep. If something is bad they fix it immediately. The communication from everyone in the office is wonderful. I’m so happy to be client of theirs!!
Be carful !!!! I definitely not recommend this place. I was visiting and I am very disappointed in this place as to never return it was my third time to visit the place. On my first and second time, he was a person with a position to make decisions about the store. and he helped me very professionally. but now I do not recommend anything. This is because they behaved very inopportune and they wanted to sell me the stem at $3.00, in quotes, wholesale price. I told them why it was so expensive and they said it went up to 3. Then I mentioned that Tom Tom sells them at 2.00 per piece, maybe It was more cheap to retail than wholesale?? The lady didn't care about me at all and apparently she had no interest in collaborating with me and likewise adding income to her store or to her boss. I saw several people leaving the place very disappointed in the forgiven I am not coming back here. I am outraged by the terrible prices. If you are wise, I beg you, better buy them elsewhere or in Kriger, they will be cheaper.
Botanica has a wide selection and will never send you flowers of sub-par quality. They have helpful salespeople, beautiful flowers, and excellent policies! I won’t use any other wholesaler in DFW.
Such a great operation! Highly organized and well staffed with efficient and remarkably hard-working employees! I appreciate the digital invoicing. Their inventory is completely turned over every week so you know the flowers are fresh! Great discounts/specials on Fridays. Great selection. Great service.

Very unpleasant atmosphere with unkind people. On top of it, I could not believe that the place is called wholesale for the price they are asking. What a rip off!
I've been dealing with salesperson Kia and she was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and helpful in guidance. Their flowers are fresh and it's a great wholesale florist shop.
This wholesale florist is the best I've worked with in the area. So friendly and accommodating. Their flowers are always fresh and high quality. Price is reasonable too.
Great selection....and I love my girl Peggy, she is always on top of the game.
