Jeff and Bettina were incredibly helpful and helped me fix my wedding ring extremely quickly. From the moment I walked in the door, they were incredibly professional, to the point, and easy to work with, and pleasant! Literally while I was writing this review, they were able to put the stone back in my ring. It took less than 5 minutes I think?!! It was incredibly fast, their new jeweler James works INCREDIBLY fast, it looks good as new!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We have been buying all our jewelry here for the last year and we absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, helpful and it is a NO PRESSURE sales environment! We got my engagement ring there last year and our wedding bands today. Their prices will beat any prices you find and their quality is higher! Go see Bettina, she will take great care of you... but if she's not there, you're in good hands with any member of their staff!

I recommend this place to literally everyone! I get so many compliments on my wedding ring. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Robins Brother and then 5 years later we got pregnant with our first child so as a push gift he decided to upgrade my ring. My brother recommended this place and we did our research and we were very pleased with the quality of the rings and the customer service. We definitely got more for our money at Jewely Exchange vs. Robins Brother. I stop in all the time to get my ring cleaned and inspected and everyone is always so friendly. Bettina is THE BEST!! She will always put a smile on your face.

So my amazing fiance got my engagement ring from here with Tom and now we are back for my band and Natalie helped us out. Each time we've come in which has been often they are always so wonderful and helpful. I recommend this place to any and everyone. Their prices are amazing and you get way more than you would at a regular jewelry store.

I can't say enough about how great of an experience I had here. I've gone to multiple jewelry stores and yet to have been treated as attentive as I was here. Ashley answered the phone then went above and beyond to meet my needs. I went into get a ring resized and the manager Jeff greeted me like I was family. We love Bettina and the crew at The Jewelry Exchange! My wife and I purchased our wedding set two years ago and have come back once or twice for the cleanings. Always feel like family here and we recommend them highly!

Excellent selection and great pricing. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. We were shown a selection of diamonds within the budget many lower and given the opportunity to compare different color and clarity grades.We got a fabulous price for a beautiful solitaire. We purchased on a Sunday so the jeweler was off-work. I returned on a Tuesday to have the ring sized down a bit and again, they were all very welcoming. The ring was sized for free while I waited. I will go here first for all jewelry shopping from now on.

I had a good experiece at this store. Bettina’s knowledge was amazing in helping me identify exactly what I was looking for in the design of the ring. Jeff was also refreshing in working out an excellent deal and having everything ready the same day in less than an hour. Also, the Jewelry specialist did a very good job with the customizations. My fiance and I got both of our rings here. Natalie was so helpful and kind. They don't work on commissions, so they're doing their best to find what YOU want. We got an amazing ring, with an amazing price, and never felt like we were being upsold or pandered to. Great people, great rings.

My fiancée and I went in today to get buy wedding bands and we were met with extreme enthusiasm and patience. I have previously purchased my fiancée’s engagement ring from them which appraised for more than 2.5x than what I paid for so I already trusted them. Jeff was absolutely incredible and helped us every step of the way without being too pushy. Our experience was great and the price is even better. After shopping around, their prices are less than 1/2 of almost all of the other retailers with the same, if not better, quality. I would recommend The Jewelry Exchange to everyone!
