Incredible service - I called after 7 p.m. frantically trying to order flowers for a funeral to be delivered before noon the next day. Ms Nguyen said no problem, we can do it. We did the transaction by text, super easy. The arrangement was beautiful, and my family raved about how lovely they were. Totally reasonable price for what we got. Thank you, Ms Nguyen!
The owner was not very friendly and answered all my questions in a very rude manner. The flowers are also comparatively multiple times expensive than other places. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
I picked up an arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday. Asked for certain colors and Irving Flowers was able to make it the same day and schedule a decent time for pickup. They also gave me a free birthday card! I saw some negative reviews, but think people are too critical. This is a good local business with great arrangements
Lady wasn’t even at the store. Called the number at the door and she said wait for me be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and finally was able to see some flowers. I go and ask for a mixed bouquet thinking to spend about $25-40. She started writing prices in her notepad with vases $199, $189, small orders; $99, $89 like wait a minute, i just need something simple wrapped up bouquet and she just stared at me and started packing up her things. I just didn’t understand why she would think I would spend $200 on a Thursday afternoon.
These people are amazing!! They are already closed and they are coming from home so that I can buy some flowers for my girlfriend. Never have I ever had that happen! Thank you guys so much!!!
DONT GIVE BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE. It may be the worst business owner I’ve ever spoken to. Went there half an hour before the closing time and were already closed! I called the number and said she could come and sell me flowers, but since I wanted only a few she suddenly said she was sick and to go home. Terrible service and attitude. I didn’t wanted to believe the reviews but they were very right. Spend your efforts and money elsewhere.
I ordered flowers from VA. Did transaction by text. Order was taken care of quickly and the flowers were spectacular. Thank you.
WORST FLOWER SHOP! I called to correct my order, and I was hung up on. I called back, and she would answer then immediately hang up. I called 5 times and she would not answer me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
Really bad pricing here they overprice the heck out of these flowers went in as a walk in to buy some flowers for my mother in law and asked how much for a dozen of roses she screamed and gave me ridiculous prices. She said prices start from $199 , $189,$89 , and that one rose starts for 10$. Idk how there still in buisness. Then she continued to say if I wanted cheaper flowers to buy artificial flowers like really ? Worst place ever. DO NOT COME HERE unless your trying to pay a ridiculous amount of money for some half dead flowers.
Horrible customer service. She was screaming at us to hurry up and pick our flowers as soon as we got in. The flowers look like they are going to die in a day when you see them close up, she refused to give us the price beforehand, she kept taking off her face mask, overall horrible experience. Flowers from Kroger look more alive and are better priced than here.
