We stayed in sites 23 & 24 which were by the creek but a long walk from the toilets. Also, site 23 didn’t have much room for a big tent so we had ours on the driveway. But also fit our van and trailer. Just an odd use of space. Mosquitos weren’t as bad as we thought they’d be. Poppies were just coming out. We wished we were a week later. Quick drive to the reservoir though.
First time staying here. Lots of nice shade and space between campsites. Occasional road noise from the highway, but not bad. Really enjoyed our time. Restrooms: Flush toilets. nothing fancy.
First time camping here, got site 2, big enough for our trailer and the truck. Plenty of room for our two dogs, trees and shades, and a new picnic table. Super nice hosts Scott and Stevie who came by to say hello and see if we needed anything. We forgot a corkscrew which they had and brought it to us. iHighly recommend and would come back.
Came here for the poppy blooms and glory they didn’t disappoint! Roads were dirt and bumpy, but not horrific! Pretty stream, lots of shade.
Lovely campsite lots of shade nice little stream running right near plus dogs are allowed. Restrooms: Flush toilet restrooms with sink to wash hands. Two stalls in the women's side Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed and garbage cans were pretty frequent for throwing out poop bags. Make sure to bring water or a water filtration system to purify water for your pup Picnic area: Large picnic table in our lot #23 but each campsite has a picnic table and they also have day use picnic areas
I love this little campground. Very pretty, lots of trees and most sites are pretty private with the tree cover. Campground host Stevie was friendly and kept the bathrooms very clean. My campsite was clean as well when I arrived. This is my go to close to home when I don't feel like driving 2 hours to the higher areas especially with current gas prices.
Great spot for a group to camp and do fun outdoor activities. Lots of huge shade trees and picnic tables with a fire pit !! Our group site was a dead end and we had alot of people driving to our camp site and then apologize as they are turning around. The camp host was AWESOME, she understood what was happening and suggested how to stop that. She also pointed out trails to walk and roads to take with our four wheelers. Restrooms: Unbelievable clean and had flush toilets and running water. Best bathrooms ever at a camp ground
We loved our stay! It was so beautiful, we kayaked and hiked up to White Pine lake to enjoy the sunset. Julie was very nice and helpful with orienting us to our campsite! Would stay here again!
Fantastic place to camp with your family. The owners are totally the best. Very friendly and take care of your needs. There is the lake near by for skiing, kayaking etc. Nearby ATV/UTV trails and the community is so refreshing. We camp here multiple times a year!
We camp here every year with friends. We make the trip all the way from cedar city. The restrooms are clean and the man and lady who run the grounds are always friendly and helpful. Restrooms: Clean and bug free. Alot of camp site restrooms are covered in spiders. Not this one. Dog-friendliness: The 2 dogs at camp were happy as can be. Picnic area: Clean and set up so we can all sit around and visit.
