Terrible experience! Mr. Boyd is very unprofessional. He has played about my childs burial since the beginning. I wanted Alfords and before i could make that decision he took an informational conversation as the go ahead. So i settled. He took forever to want to help me. He rushed my babies funeral it ended almost a hour and a half early. He rushed putting my baby in the ground. I was given vouchers for my child that i have told him what to spend the money on and more than a month later he is threatening to send the voucher back if im "unsatisfied with what he is doing." He is literally given me the run around.

My brother passed away unexpectedly this month. I spoke with a few funeral homes in the area and decided to go with Boyd and Sons because he was the most genuine. He was very nice, patient, understanding, answered our questions in a timely fashion, and most importantly he treated my mother and I with care. I would recommend his funeral home to anyone in the South Bend area.

My son passed in July 2018  and my brother in December 2021 he did a great job and I will definitely support this business always..
