This funeral home is amazing. Tracy treated us as if we were her own family. The staff went above and beyond. They are compassionate and professional . This was an extremely difficult time for my family, and the staff and director Tracy Spiess made it more bearable as we said goodbye to our loved one. She even followed up with us a couple of weeks later. I highly recommend Harry J Will in Redford. Your family will be in excellent hands.
Tracy is a family friend and a consummate professional at every level. I love her and am so impressed by how she took care of my grieving sisters and I after our loss. And how she took great care to treat my Mom with care and dignity.
The entire Harry J Will staff are so compassionate, understanding and helpful during a family’s most difficult and stressful situation in life- “The death of a loved One.” We were honored and blessed to have Tracy Spiess be our funeral directorGeneral Manager at the Redford Location. Tracy was so professional and helpful with every detail - from cremation, planning the Celebration of our Aunt’s Life Memorial Mass and burial. My mother and I can not say enough good things about Harry J. Will, Redford. They treated us with kindness, compassion and patience helping us plan my fathers last wishes. Cheyenne was an angel.
