I help you identify areas you would like to change, remove the obstacles preventing change from happening, and then create a plan to get you where you want to be. I also coach you through the change process with support and encouragement, every step of the way.
I have done extensive work with people in the area of emotionally based limiting beliefs, overcoming those limiting beliefs, and managing the emotional states that can perpetuate them, as well as related attitudes, and behaviors. I have witnessed significant breakthroughs in my clients after as few as three or four sessions, and some clients working on a number of areas have experienced profound, life transformations after working with me for four to six months.
