This was my first time needing to rent a car and let me just say that the stuff at Bristol car and truck rental was amazing. They got me the truck I needed and made sure it was clean both on the inside and the outside. Made sure to work with my time frame of need pick up and drop off. Even gave me a call to make sure everything was going good If I need to rent a car or truck again I would come right back there for one There car a new and good models so you feel like you don't even miss what you had. The only part I didn't like was having to give back the sweet road they let me rent. Thanks again

Had accident with my vechile and couldnt find a rental anywhere in orangeville. I talked to cedric at bristol & initially didnt have one but 10 mins later phoned me back & he had located a van for me & even came to the house & picked me up, took to the office and got us mobile. Great service, came through when needed.
The 24 ft truck was in great condition that my friend rented. The powered raise ramp made it easier for loading and unloading bigger pieces of furniture.
First the website indicated one price but when they wrote up the paper work, the daily rate was more than 10% higher. Second, it took forever to get the paper work and other stuff done. There was no line but it took more than 15minutes. Finally, instead of taking a cautionary charge on my card, then actually took $400 more than 3 times the amount of the rental. Finally, I ordered a compact car and got a mid-size car. Lumpy, stinky awkward car.
With my vehicle broken down, stranded miles from home, facing up to missing out on making a long and necessary journey. But thanks to Bristol and the folks there in Orangeville, I had a vehicle in less than an hour and was back on the road. Courteous and helpful, I would make Bristol Rentals my first stop any time the need arises.
Great experience with Bristol Car Rental Orangeville. Curtis was very helpful and delt with my insurance company to ensure I got a good deal on a rental after my car accident. The car was clean and well maintained. Cannot say enough great things about them
Rented a straight truck. Cab smelled of cigarettes and was not clean inside. Biggest issue was the crooked steering wheel that you had to substantially aim left to go straight, truck also pulled to the right. The mechanical issue is the reason for the 1 star rating. Overall I would not rent from this location again.
Exceptional customer service by Curtis and his team! The cars are always very clean and they have cars available every time I have needed to rent - sometimes with short notice!! Curtis and his team go above and beyond to exceed my expectations!! I no longer rent with Enterprise because of this! Thank you!!
Rates where good.. Asked for an extra discount because I was driving a long-distance and they did.. Trucks are in good condition. No cruise control in the 16 ft truck Keep a close eye on how much they charge for your mileage.. Was charged an additional 50$ for mileage that was not recorded in the system.. However They did refund me the difference
