Jennifer is the absolute best! For the past 2 weeks I’ve been on the hunt for a rental though my insurance. I was on a long wait list with enterprise and hurtz but when I was recommended Bristol, I gave them a call and Jennifer answered the phone and immediately accommodated us, I was in disbelief. This Woman will do anything she can for you, all while keeping a positive attitude and doing everything in her power to get us the vehicle we needed. Jennifer goes out of her way to make you want to keep coming back. Jennifer I hope you see this and continue to make people happy with your amazing and positive attitude. Best customer service experience ever!!!
We had to clear my brother-in-laws apartment in Tillsonburg. Our first rental with Bristol Richmond Hill was for a 24' truck. The rental process was transparent and professional. Staff were very friendly, answered all of the questions I had. The cleanliness and operational quality of the truck was very high. I picked up the truck at the reserved time with no hassles. We had no mechanical issues and everything went very well. I dropped the truck off back at the Richmond Hill depot shortly after midnight and there was room for the truck in the yard. I stupidly left a cell phone under the seat. The next day staff helped me find the cell phone as the truck had been moved to the Barrie location. I drove up to the location and picked up the cell phone. The next rental was 2 weeks later for a 15' truck to finish off the move. Again, everything went very well again. I would highly recommend Bristol for truck rental. Rental charges were comparable to the industry.
I have had to rent a few times over the past 2 months for work and each representative I've spoken with has been amazing. When it comes to moving anything, it's really no fun but when it's made easier with timely, friendly service - it makes the process that much better. I will definitely all them again. The team in Richmond Hill has never let me down- when I need a truck, they have one. The trucks are clean and in good shape, and the service is great! I highly recommend Bristol, but especially the team they have here in Richmond Hill.
The manager at this location, Irshaad, went above and beyond with his great customer service and excellent knowledge. My experience was smooth and stress free. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family as booking a rental and not having to deal with any hassles and being able to fully understand the terms is really important to us. We rented the vehicle a few times from this location. Vehicles cleaned inside but not maintained the way should be. Customer service is okay but not very professional. Parking space not enough for the customers as well as their's own big vehicles like trucks and vans. 3 * for the service. Can earn more for better customer services and maintaining the vehicles towards MTO standards.
I cannot thank the staff and Manager Irshaad enough for their kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure my rental process was smooth and stress free in the midst of a snow storm. My questions and concerns were eased promptly and efficiently. My friends and family have all been recommended to connect with this location. It’s my first to rent a commercial truck when my truck was down. It’s an emergency situation for me. But when I called Bristol Richmond hill, Irshaad Wahab helped to arrange everything out. He is my saver! I rent the reefer for 18 days straight. Big problem solved! Thanks a lot for the effort offered by the Bristol Richmond hill team. Thank a lot for my saver Irshaad Wahab. Jennifer and Irshad go out of their way to make things easy. They tell you straight if they can accommodate and yet behind the scenes go to extra lengths ! They always answer their phones unlike so many others. Theyre awesome
