First time visitor. Food was awesome. Issue we had was we waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to finally come over and ask for our drink order. Another couple was sat after us had there order taken right after ours. No biggie there. However their drink order was brought to them immediately after and their order taken. We waited another 5 minutes for our drinks. Which was not complicated. Simple draft and 2 sodas. Long story short that couple that was seated after us finished their meal and we still had not received ours. Not very good for a first impression. Will still give it another try only because I rather support a local business over a huge chain. Plus the food flavoring was awesome.

Really good food, nice twice baked fries, servers are friendly and give you plenty of time to figure out what you want. And the atmosphere is pretty chill. Definitely coming back again. Parking: The park and walk area just down the street past Groucho's

Wow, it was yummy! A group of four adults and we each choose something different. I devoured the "Hula" chicken sandwich! Another ordered the Sexy goat burger and said it was great! The fries were perfect! Large selection of local NC beers on tap. We sat up stairs. I would recommend doing the same, but next to the large window! Service was great and the place was busy,but had no delay in seating or service.

I have eaten here twice and the food and service are great. The fries are seasoned, mid sized, and crispy outside while soft inside. The four alarm burger I had was delicious with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños! OK, at the end of the day, it was only 2.5 alarms, but it was hot, fast, and perfectly cooked. Also, the space upstairs is a good spot for families with a large window overlooking the street and just enough noise so parents can relax.

Cool place! My fries were so good, but my burger was cold. Sweet tea was sweet and strong, just how I like it. Service was great, everyone was friendly. I'll definitely go back, if I'm in the area. I was told to try the wings next time.Food: 4/5

We celebrated my granddaughters 22nd birthday here and couldn't have been happier with our server, the food and the atmosphere! Very welcoming and attentive! Thank you Broad St Burger Co!Food: 5/5

Solid burger experience, though the top brioche bun was too thick, muting the flavors. Removing it made a world of difference. Onion rings were a highlight—crispy and satisfying. Eager to return for those and to try the fried cheese curds. Overall, worth a visit with minor adjustments.Food: 4/5

It was our favorite lunch spot in Statesville. We’ve been coming here for years because of their great waitstaff and food. One of the main reasons for coming here was for their delicious hand cut fries and now we just found out they have changed to non gluten free fries. Prior to this change I would have given a 5 star rating but now we will no longer be able to dine here. Hopefully they will change to a gluten free option in the future so we can come back.
