Broadmoor Hills Gym

I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for over a year, great apartments. Leasing staff always quick to answer any questions and maintenance staff always responds promptly and with quality service. Amenities are great with multiple workout facilities and several pools to enjoy the summer. As an added bonus a great bar and grill "The Hill" is located on property.

Best place I've lived at in my life. Everyone in the front office is very attentive about any concerns going on and very helpful. The bar is a very nice touch as well. Everyone I've talked to there had very nice things to say.

Have lived here for the past 5 years now moving to Texas for work. Prompt, responsive, and always courteous staff. Well-maintained grounds. Amazing amenities. And great apartments.

Hi All, It has been a few years since we lived at Broadmoor Hills and we miss it and all the staff too! Broadmoor Hills is a fun, well planned out place to live. It always feels like home for us. We still go back to visit! The staff at Broadmoor Hills takes great care of the place inside and outside. It's beautiful to walk around Broadmoor Hills. Plus you get indoor and outdoor pools that are awesome plus a gym for basketball and volleyball. I mean WOW and then there is the Theatre area and work out areas. The Staff has activities for holidays we enjoyed. Also, schools, shopping and restaurants are all close. Plus the Staff all find ways to give back to others like when School starts we help out some student organizations. There is nothing like Broadmoor Hills and it will always be a place we think of thanks to the wonderful staff who take care of all of us that live there. Thank you!

Having lived here over 10 years, I can confidently say Broadmoor Hills Apartments is a great place to call "home". Staff and maintenance teams are OUTSTANDING and quick to attend to any problem. Grounds and facilities are kept clean, security and resident/property safety is a clearly top priority, amenities are the best in Omaha, great location just off Dodge Street that makes for a quick drive to any place in Omaha, and the price is very reasonable. Best apartments in Omaha, by far!

It's been years since I've lived here but I had to right a review because this is the best apartment complex experience I've ever had. Any utility issues were dealt with so fast and efficiently. Neighbors were friendly, amenities were great, but the people that work in the office are what make the biggest difference. They were always so friendly and helpful. I am writing this review bc I recently accidentally mailed something here to my old address. Maggie went out of her way to help get it to me out of state. She was so kind to do that!

This is a wonderful property! They care about every resident! Everyone from the staff in the office to maintenance and grounds, the service is superior and they have a personal touch so you feel comfortable and cared for. The apartments are up to date and gorgeous! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Broadmoor Hills. The staff is outstanding! Always helpful and friendly. Maintenance guys are very efficient, and do an amazing job. Best apartments around. Tons of amenities all around the property! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The leasing staff and manager are always friendly and helpful. Questions are answered promptly. Maintenance staff are top notch. My repairs/maintenance are generally handled within the SAME DAY! The grounds and interior hallways are clean & well maintained. Snow removal is prompt. Noise level with the my building is minimal I'm on 2nd of 3 floors. The staff organizes quarterly social functions re-established post Covid restrictions which have been fun to attend. Not inexpensive - but you are definitely getting your money's worth living here.

We loved living here! The staff is very nice and helpful always! Our maintenance requests have been completed fast. The grounds are beautiful! This is a great choice if you are looking for a new home :
