They are very understanding, professional and caring. They were very sympathetic and gentle with my Eddie during his passing. The doctor took his time to explain everything to us in a simple form which we could understand. He is a very soft spoken, gentle Doctor with an extraordinary bedside manner with our pets.

Will not ever take one of my beloved pet there again. Your pet doesn't mean anything to them just another number.i was charged for services I did not receive nor wanted. Took my old dog in for a rabies shot in the car and was charged for a full physical.

It was our first time here with our new puppy. The ladies upfront are nice and very informational. When the doctor came in she got right on the floor and played with our puppy while doing the exam. I 100% recommend!

Broadway was able to get my newly adopted dog in last year for a digestive issue he was having, but didn’t help me with anything else I had brought up during that visit. I called today about a sore he was having that I wanted looked at, but the receptionist refused to book an appointment and told me to go to Cornell! The sore is definitely not an emergency and he could wait a few weeks for an appointment. This was after I had waited on hold for 20 minutes and she couldn’t find his record. The other vet I called agreed that it was silly and was happy to book with me. Happy to go elsewhere for my dogs golden years!

Dr. Duggan is so incredibly compassionate! She will love your animal like it's her own. All of the staff here is so kind and caring.

The staff was very attentive to my dog. They all showed compassion and care to us and our dog. Dr. Duggan explained and took time with us. I highly recommend VCA Broadway Animal Hospital as they are very professional.

Over burdened staff. Half hour late on appointment. Poor records management. Looking for somewhere else for veterinary care.
