I RARELY leave reviews, but anyone who takes good care of our baby our dog Pete deserves one! Leah was our groomer and our dog has anxiety but left his appointment yesterday acting happy and not anxious or ready to leave at all - so I know he had to of been treated with a lot of patience and love during his appointment. Plus he smells amazing and his coat looks amazing! We are very pleased with our service here and will be long term customers!

We had a great first experience bringing our anxious dorgi in for a nail trim. He usually has to be muzzled and hates the entire nail trimming experience, but Misty was so good with him, even as he squirmed. They were accommodating and clipped his nails in a more private area to make sure he wasn’t overstimulated. We were done in about 5 minutes and he was happy to have so many treats to choose from as a reward. I was impressed with the customer service and appreciated their patience & understanding of his anxiety!

I don't give too many 5 stars but the staff is what won me over. The place is set up very beautifully, prices are fair, there are an abundance of products and the staff is amazing. I went for a self wash and had needed help with some sticky parts on my dogs paws from glue traps my dog got into and the groomers went out of their wait to help get my dog taken care of and I could tell they truly cared.

I just pop in with my mutts for nail trims.  They'd a great job, but the employees are always so engrossed in their tasks that customers do not really get any  offers of service or assistance.  You always have to go to the counter and ask your requests or request them to call out a groomer even though the groomer may have just walked by you.  I just miss good customer service.  Price just went up $3 & service no better.

Love this shop. Just popped in for some dog food and decided to have my basset's nails trimmed. Very nice folks. Took us in immediately without an appointment and the price was great. We'll be back. This is a local shop that deserves all the business they can get.

Appreciate that they offer walkin nail trims and they work well with my dog! We also love the self service dog washing that is offered. So helpful for my family in the winter months since we wash our dog outside when it's nice out.

This seems like an amazing place but I was a little disappointed. Since they have barkey in there name I assumed they had a lot of homemade dog treats. The did have homemade treats but only a small amount. The main part of the store is a really cool looking bath area and a lot of different types of food. I was wanting to get my dog a BDay cake which when they didn’t have I thought it must not be normal to carry. I then found some wonderful ones at three dog bakery but nothing could hold a flame to Brookside dog baths. I will have to come back and have my dog get a bath sometime. Though parking was horrible as it always normally is in Brookside so not sure when it will be.

Great store for your pet.  The food selection is great.  From raw and freeze dried to everything else, you can find it here.   There is a spa for your animal.  The staff is ultra knowledgeable and very very nice.

I took my dog Foxie for the self-service bath & nail trim. The prices are definitely affordable, especially considering what I was paying other places. The self service wash includes free face wash for stains and tears, shampoo & various conditioners with the choice to upgrade for a small fee. You wash as long as you would like with complimentary brushes and gloves. After washing you move over to the drying station where they have drying with various nozzles to help push all the shedding hair off along with more brushes and combs to assist with de-shedding. The also provide face masks because it can get a little hairy in the enclosed space. The prices you pay depend on your dogs weight. A plus is that it’s no appointments, walk-in only which is great for on the go or emergency situations. The employees were super nice and helpful and they also have a great YouTube tutorial on the self-service process so you can go in prepared.

This is the best self-service pet wash I’ve been too - great tubs, water pressure, and dryers. I was able to use a deshedding shampoo on my Aussie and the difference is amazing! There was staff to assist you, answer questions, and check in to make sure everything is going well. Aside from washing and drying my pup, it was a full service experience! And I was able to get a nail trim without an appt. Also, the front store staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer multiple questions. Amazing experience!
