All employees I interacted with were nice & cordial but I had a terrible return experience. I was told that if I did not like the product I could return it. Within a week of receiving the product, I called to return the item, I was directed to call a different number where, I was told they would process a speedy refund. When I called that number I received a voicemail saying that the office was closed. I was eventually able to reach a person who told me that the product was in fact not eligible for a return.
