Always fun what I’m looking for or even taking what I don’t need. I would love to see this store update like the surrounding stores like Highland Village, Frisco,. 3040 store. We have never ending lines. Loved the back to school feature online, select your school & grade. It pulls everything up and click add to chart, pay and curbside pick up!!
I went in this location to return my battery and it was a few days off from expiration. At the time I was getting my alternator fixed so I was running low on cash. At first I thought it was nothing could be done but just leave. The cashier Tracy was so sweet she felt she could do more and went and got her Manager Johnathan Moo. This guy was so cool, I mean he was truly a blessing! He did what God called him to do and as a team they did not let me walk out without a smile on my face. Those are the kind of people we need working in customer service because you never know what someone has encountered in a day. I thank God for them and I pray nothing but blessings for those two. I recommend anyone to go that automotive because the service was awesome!! I give them a 10 star review!! Thanks again and God bless
My recent experience at the Walmart store in Lewisville was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic environment that made it difficult to navigate through the aisles. The store was messy, with items strewn around and shelves in disarray. It seemed like a lack of proper restocking and maintenance was evident throughout. The checkout process was equally frustrating, with long lines and seemingly understaffed registers. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to customer inquiries, further adding to the frustration of the shopping experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this Walmart location and will be seeking alternative stores for my future shopping needs. The lack of cleanliness, organization, and customer service has left a lasting negative impression.
I want to give a big shout out to Jose in the Photo Center. I downloaded some photos online to be printed. One photo had one side cut off. Jose graciously offered to recrop the picture and reprint it at no extra cost! He was very patient as he sought to get the photo out of my phone and redo it. Thank you Jose for service above and beyond!!
Love it here. They have the BEST canned beans selection. However, the health & beauty aisle could use some more help often w/ a key to open cabinets we need certain toiletry items from. Just saying. Also the most handsome yummy Hispanic eye candy shops here. If you want a Latin heart-throb Sancho, you're sure to run into one here. Que Rico Papi. ; ~
I knew I should of went somewhere else. After I had to be the checker and scan myself the damn machine told me I owed nine dollars more?? I knew I had enough money on my card but they said they would scan my stuff again, well it ended up three more times and she still couldn't figure it out either, she had to get the manager over by there. It only took him ten minutes to figure it out, my lone star card wouldn't pay for the deli items I got!! What should have been a twenty minute trip was now over an hour, not happy.
Wonderful experience always great prices for several items I love this place never a dull moment can't keep my wife out of there keep up the great work
Horrible customer service. All the employees are too busy talking with each other or on their phones. 50 registers, but only self checkout open
I love my Lewisville Walmart store but I don’t appreciate you letting solicitors pocket money in front of your store saying a program representing stop the violence crimes when they’re fake donations. Pocketing money for someone you don’t see it’s all a image
