Staff was extremely friendly on our visit and let us know about the clearance that was upstairs. Location was clean and spacious and had great sales and prices. I would definitely stop at this location again as it's one of the few places in this mall that's actually worth the travel for.

Curbside picking was convenient and fast. They brought the online order right to the car. Also, the spring bloom around the area is awesome.

Very nice store located in the mall. Easy to get in and out of without entering the mall if you do not want to do that. Store is nicely set up and ready to navigate. Was very organized and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. They seem to be having very frequent sales and offers so as nice place to shop.

I went to have my daughters pictures taken because she missed her school pictures! The girl who was working was fantastic! She took some amazing pictures of my girl, and she was very helpful! I didn’t expect such a great experience, but I’m wowed at how beautiful the backdrops were and how fantastic the pictures came out to be! I purchased a digital album and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we will surely be back!

Horrible service. I had 2 Nike outfits and there was a sign that said 6.99. I get up to check out they ring up 34.00 I said they are suppose to be 6.99 she says no they aren’t. I said yes they are there is a sign that says 6.99. I show her and she says no they are in the wrong spot I said there are multiple there so can you just honor the price she said no that’s not how it works. She calls another lady over there and the other lady says no also and then walks away. I asked what was the other lady’s name and she says Mariah and I asked is she a manager she ignored me I asked again is she a manager she told me to be nice. I said you do not tell me what to do. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM NEVER GOING BACK.

My family & I have been shopping at JCPenney for many years, since I was a child. It's one of my favorite stores. They have a great variety of clothes that fit my style & they have very reasonable prices. Plus my stepdaughter works for JCP. So I try to give them my business whenever I can. Employees are very friendly & helpful.

Very disappointed in their shipping policy. I ordered two dresses one dress came in and they will not give it to me. They told me that they could only give me the whole order. Obviously if one dress came in the other ones being shipped separately why can’t they give me the one that’s been shipped there. If I would’ve had it shipped to my home it would’ve came into packages there. Very mad. In addition it was ordered by someone in the store which could have given me the option to have it shipped to my home because it was over the dollar amount. They received orders on Monday and Thursday and when I called on Monday they said it was not in. They called me on Wednesday and said it was. Obviously it was in on Monday. Very very disappointed

Organized and clothes are definitely well stocked. Like the selection and the prices are probably the best part about I like about the store. As well the staff is super friendly and the checkout is extremely quick.

I purchased a skillet online from them and it shipped UPS. The online ordering process was straight forward and the price was right. However, UPS totally blew it. I never thought you could destroy a 12 inch metal skillet packed in layers of bubble wrap but true to form UPS pulled it off. Way to go UPS. The people at JCPenney were wonderful. They had a new one ordered for me in no time. Now if UPS doesn't destroy this one I'll be flipping four eggs at a time.

So easy to get in and out of this store. I love the selection and the fact that you can order online and ship to the store with no minimum. This helps a lot with shopping and then I get to come to the store as well and pick out some items and adjust sizes.
