Decent little campground for a quick overnight stop. Each campsite has water and electric available, both 30 and 50 amp. There is a restroom and a dump site here as well.
Pretty typical municipal campground found across the midwest. Basically parking on a gravel lot at the fairgrounds/city park. One clever idea is that they use a customized parking machine to do registration. So much easier than the usual pay envelopes. Bathrooms are locked code on parking ticket, flush toilets, and showers with warm water. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little polish. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Nice area for an overnight stop but not good for camping. Dirt/gravel parking. Level sites. Very nice park next door. Great spot for the kids to play. Free/donation for the first night, $20 after that for up to 7 nights. Free/donation dump station here also.
Nice, clean facility. Bare bones, but for an overnight stay it beats walmart! $25/day. Day starts at 12 noon, payment is by credit card at machine. Water, 50 and 30A available, and dump station. Next to a couple nice town parks.
Easy on-off Hwy 76. Large parallel spaces so don’t need to disconnect. Elec/Water. Clean small town. Felt safe. Next to park.
It's nice the city of Brush to provide this campground. First night is free. And that's the problem. Half of the rigs are nice. The other half look like Cousin Eddy. Spots are scarce. Don't bother trying to get in here after 5-6pm. They do have a dump station and there were many folks passing thru using it. The whole lot is dirt and with the wind it can be dusty. The self check-in was out of check in packets and so we didn't get a code for the bathhouse. I'm not sure I'm in a hurry to get back here.
Small City park in Brush CO. Has 17 sites, 3 that are tent sites rest are RV sites. #4,5,9,1014-17 will except large RV. We were in #9 and didn't have to disconnect. 30 amp power but no water. I know site 4 & 14 has water too. There is a dump site plus a nice large park right next door $25 fee per night.
Nice place to spend the night on our adventure.
Not all sites have 30/50 amp, look before you choose a spot to pay for it, sonw ste 20 amp. Credit card payment only.
$25 dollars a night the first night free thing isn't a thing anymore, credit/debit only. There is water and electric at each site + a dump station on site. First come/first served on all the sites but there was plenty of room. The trains aren't frequent, it's a very quiet spot. Felt very safe with the local police officer and code enforcement checking in frequently it's a tiny town, I'm sure they're bored. Close to the freeway and easy to get to. We'll be back.
