Ashley was so incredibly helpful! I was looking for highly specific jeans. I picked some pairs out myself and Ashley did as well, knowing what I was looking for. I tried on probably 10 in total. Ashley brought THE PERFECT pair! I'm in love. It was the most I've ever spent on jeans, but it's worth it because they fit perfect and they're high quality.

***I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BUCKLE AT PINNACLE HILLS PROMENADE IN ARKANSAS TO ANYONE STORE #369!*** I went in this store while in town with a buddy of mine to get him something nice to wear. Within 5 minutes of being in the store they started making us very uncomfortable. I was comparing jeans and she keep asking every 5 seconds if she could take them from me and I kept telling her no that I needed them to compare and figure out what one I wanted to buy. Then my buddy asked to try on the clothes he picked out and when he was in the changing room she kept getting down on the ground and looking underneath the changing room door. I kept asking the lady for assistance but she was to busy watching what he was doing from under the door to even help me. He wasn’t only trying on shirts either he had a couple different pairs of jeans so I know she had to of seen him almost naked. Then within 10 minutes of us being at the store they had a police officer come in and the mall security outside the store. I felt so uncomfortable that I had a couple jeans I want to try on but I didn’t even try them after watching her violate my buddy’s privacy with out even trying to hide she was doing so. ***I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BUCKLE AT PINNACLE HILLS PROMENADE IN ARKANSAS TO ANYONE STORE #369!***
Jennifer at the promenade store in Rogers is amazing! She was so helpful and found several pairs of jeans that were exactly what I was looking for.
My daughter recieved a pair of jeans for christmas that were a size too small. We had to order the new pair and the lady that helped us was so patient with my daughter through the whole process. So helpful.
Great staff. Helpful when finding everything I need. They also remember my sizes and style so I don’t have to find the new shirts. Makes shopping quick and easy.
Staff is always great. I never have to look for my stuff. I tell them and they bring me options and I really appreciate that.
