Great Customer Service, I would recommend getting the premium membership vs the free one. Its only 5 bucks added to your purchase that day and everything after that you get 20 percent off your future purchases. Always a fan of Lids and is my first place to go when I want new hat. Also they got this deal going on right now buy 1 hat, get half off the other one!
Staff was very friendly. They did great on embroidery.
By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, they will take advantage of kids shopping. Kimba and Court were beyond rude and degrading when they spoke. I don’t even know how anyone would want them as employees. They were so difficult to work with and personally attacked us with their rude words and apparently have no managers you can talk to other than them…. Shocker. Will never go back.
Husband found the perfect hat and was able to get a personalized embroidery put on it for a few bucks more. Happy husband and we will be visiting again. And everyone was very nice
Best place to go to for your caps and hats. They have so many varieties and if they don't have it there, they can order it for you. Good prices and many clearance. Also, the best embroidery there is around here or maybe in Arkansas.
Well I'm so disappointed in this company I'm a long time customer , buy this time I'm never ordering from them for messing up my order , how can yall send my order to a post-office then I didn't get no notice for me to pick it up and got my orders sent back and now the items I ordered are sold out , so disappointed big time fail
Website says open from 11am-8pm on saturday but nobody is in the store and lights are all off. This place is bummy
Went yesterday for national hat day around 5 p.m. Was told one "customer" came in and bought ALL the $5 hat specials! My question is this: how can you let one guy buy everything? Profits over people, that's how!
They do not open when they are supposed to or at all at times. There is no structure to the store open hours. I would leave no stars if it would let me.
Customer service it's 0 a guy name Alex it's worthless,disrespectful and I wish I can put 0 never going back again. Stay away of this store.
