My biggest complaint is the same as other reviewers - no dressing room at any of their locations. The Rogers location at least seems to have decent sales associates. The Fayetteville, AR location has a very rude sales associate have been in there 3 times and she's never friendly or helpful and I'd only give that location 1 star instead of 2.
First time going into the Rogers store at Pinnacle Promenade. Back to school shopping with my 6 year old daughter. Loved the clothes & prices. Asked for a dressing room. The cashier pointed at the back corner of the store & said "We have a makeshift one back there behind those red totes" It was a small indention in the wall with no door or curtain. It seriously had totes stacked up to "hide" behind. Unacceptable! Even my 6 year old was shocked. She said "They need a real dressing room so I can try on clothes & no one can see me." A mom & daughter was using the makeshift dressing room & I waited for a very long time, getting frustrated. Finallly, went into the back room & asked if we could use the bathroom as a dressing room. TERRIBLE. Makes me not want to return to shop there.
I've never had any issues with the Rogers location. It's one of my favorite places to get my daughters clothes. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful!
I was trying to look for a fitting room and they don't have people they used a corner with no doors or something people what happen if someone took a video from my son or can be a pervert person people just don't go anymore to these store
Crazy 8 is the only place we can find jeans for my son!
