MAAAAN has UPS service gone downhill. I think they’re taking lessons from Amazon rather than the other way ‘round. Drivers don’t follow instructions and you CAN NOT speak to a human. All the robo voice says is “what’s your tracking number so I can direct you to our website” as if I haven’t exhausted that path. And they will not direct me to a human. My drivers cool but if they throw a sub in there, fagedabadit! And what happened to the maps to follow the driver when close?!? Again, taking ques from USPS and Amz? At least not as bad a FedEx, yet…
Chuck is a disgusting person and should not be attending people. My mother went to pick up her package and he was very disrespectful for no reason. Plus still has the nerve to tell me you can call CS they won’t do anything. So CS i didn’t know you weren’t important to him. UPS do i better job you give us our stuff for free we pay for your service…
Terrible customer service. I was expecting package last Saturday, which was on schedule, but no main office here in Sylmar, decided to take a day off, even if I paid for over night delivery for special documents and was in trouble. They never delivered on April 8 th even was lying saying they are on the route! I called Sylmar office and they never picked up Oh, I also was near my door all Morning to sign up because package was time sensitive, no one came , no one left attempt slip outside, just auto changed for redeliver. Nobody cares here, they just decided to take day off and no one cares customers waiting and paid for certain things! Very unreliable , unprofessional and their headquarters got to do something about this mess.And stop giving same auto response to every negative feedback here, you don’t even address or read the issue, unbelievable..
UPS driver threw my MacBook on the floor , then leaves the package close to where someone could just come and steal it . I called the supervisor and she had bad customer service
Really fast service! I’m in and out in like 5 minutes!
One of my tires was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but the driver delivered it because he said that supposedly the apartment number or unit number wasn’t included. That’s a lie because I’ve ordered multiple things from Amazon and I’ve never had an issues getting my items deliver to the address that I have on file. Also, as I was going to go get something to eat on Friday I saw a UPS truck on my neighborhood and went to go ask that guy if he had my package. He told me that he did and showed me my tire. He didn’t want to give it to me because it wasn’t under my name but instead my girlfriends name and address. I even showed him the tracking number and explained to him that I got it delivered to her address. He didn’t want to give it to me because he had to see her ID. If I really wanted to steal a package, I wouldn’t be asking for it! I called customer service to correct the issue and they supposedly included the unit number and told me that the facility was going to call me. I never received a call and they have just been giving me the round around. UPS is a trash service. I’m still waiting for a call. I contacted customer service and they told me that the facility wrote that they had already contacted me but that wasn’t true either. Horrible customer service!
Ups has some weird hours to pick up packages 10am-2pm acting like people don’t work . They have a 1 hour will call from 7pm to 8pm. But no one opens up. I tell security what eta and their response they will open in a few min. I been waiting for an over an hour. In the the rain. If I didn’t need this package for work I would had left
Ups very bad unprofessional service I been waiting for my package for 3 days I call them to correct my address and my number apartment is messing they always deliver packages at my apartment am very disappointed ups drivers are unprofessional
The driver and/or the facility are liars. My package was supposed to be delivered days ago. It keeps saying out for delivery and then at the end of the day it is rescheduled for the next day. It also says a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. LIES! My husband works from home and his office is next to the front door! Nothing needs to be signed, it just needs too be dropped off and go! WTH! I always have problems with UPS and I wish these companies would stop using their services because they are trash. My pkgs are always either damaged, stolen at the facility, lost, left on the stairs, left in front of my garage door, or just thrown to the top of the stairs, it's always something! And they never knock or ring my doorbell unlike the others. I've called customer service several times and still have not received a call back regarding my pkg. My next step is to contact the shipper directly first thing in the morning because I'm not getting any results contacting UPS customer service after calling 4 times! I try to avoid UPS by picking up in store whenever possible.
I was told my package has been withheld at this facility for days. Why hasn’t it moved? Last couple times my package came from UPS no issues this month. At this point I’m wondering if they damaged or stole it. Now I’m being told by UPS I have to drive an hour to pick it up! Very late delivery and huge inconvenience for me now. Quit withholding my package and send it! We all pay for our shipping!!
