I had to rent a car through insurance after a small fender bender. Renting a car is usually a huge hassles but it was not too bad here! I didn’t have to wait too long when picking up, Leo clearly communicated everything to me and moved as fast as possible to get me into a car. Justin helped me out today when I dropped off my car and was very kind. This is a great branch, everyone is very nice and helpful.
Have used San Fernando location numerous times, and yet to be disappointed. Realizing that the many of the crew rotate to other positions, just want to mention that dealing with Joe, Crystall, Bryson, and Sal was a pleasure and they all were friendly and efficient in getting us taken care of both when picking up the vehicle and upon returning the vehicle. With the convenience of the location, I plan to continue using it. Great job!
Last weekend I rented a car to go to Vegas and I wasn’t expecting to get a small suv. But crystal was so amazing she actually didn’t have and small cars and offered to upgrade me. She did make my whole experience amazing. She had the best attitude and was very kind. She even offered me a ride home after I returned the car! I’ll be definitely renting from enterprise in San Fernando again!
An excellent and organized agency. Thanks for the help Justin. He is a kind gentleman who has good knowledge and does his work very quickly and I am sure he will progress quickly in his career. I was there today July 22nd around noon to return a Ford Fusion and Justin did everything very well. Thank you Justin. The manager of this agency is also respectable and efficient. I also thank another employee named Fermin.
Always super friendly and fast service and I love that they try to give you a car closer to the model you're used to. I had an SUV and didn't want a sedan and they accommodated for that
I was charged double the price. I rented a car in Pacoima around 9am returned it to Corona the following day exactly at 8am. They reported I returned the vehicle at 2:30 p.m . I'm still disputing this transaction. Also the vehicle was dirty like it had been sitting for months. I'm real disappointed my company always uses this rental place. I have to find another rental place.
My company got me a rental while my vehicle was being serviced. The Enterprise office was across the street, very handy. The agent Leo was very professional and friendly, he assigned a medium Dodge SUV to me. After driving off the lot I found the Dodge a 2004 technology out of date and unable to pair well with my iphone. I called Leo and he understood and told me to come in to swap the vehicle. I did and he let me choose from two SUVs available that had Carplay which one I preferred. I choose a 2022 Rav4 that I drove for a week and a half. It was a great experience working with Leo from the San Fernando Enterprise!
Hector was Awesome. Customer service and personality was great. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to rent from this location and I will ask for his assistance.
This rating has nothing to do with the workers, it’s all about the lack of inventory and stock. I had to take the car to get 3 out of the 4 tires switched out because they had zero tread and I was driving around in it. Let me repeat that, I had to take it to the shop to get fixed because there was no inventory left to switch it out for
This location is FIRE! Dylan <3, Joe and thee entire crew at the location are 110% top notch. The customer service here is beyond exceptional. I am a very pleased and I will be a forever client. I look forward to coming back to this Enterprise Rent -A-Car location in the future. Thank you gentleman, you are all an absolute pleasure to do business with. See you soon. :
