The website allowed me to reserve a car that they did not have. then when I got there to pick it up the lady was extremely rude to me and told me that they did not accept debit cards which is a lie because I've used my debit card there before not even two months ago. I was LUCKY to get that car, as they haven't had any available since. Including when I needed a rental through my insurance. Trash rental company, rude employees.

Tried to call in to look to rent a van, Becky answered my call and to be honest she can use more training or might want to check her hearing, I’ve been calling some places sitting on my working desk and unfortunately she’s the only one who can’t hear me  she hung up, I called again so I straight to the point asking for 7-8 passenger van and she just gave me an answer “NO” Wow ok then. Seems we just drive 2 cars than have rent from them even if they have it, which is I doubt it. No wonder they have very low rating.

I had to wait an hour for the employee to show up for work when I picked up the car, then they wouldn't let me return it until I went back and checked the mileage in the parking lot. I don't work here.

First, I compared rentals at all the places in Decatur. Budget had the best prices on comparable cars. After I rented a car, the customer service was impressive. Quick story: I returned the car and hurried on to work. Near the end of the day I remembered that I had left my garage door opener on the visor.  Due to odd circumstances, it was the only way into my locked and secured house. I called Budget and spoke with B., who told me that 2 garage door openers had been left in cars and if I can identify mine I can pick it up. Now the problem is it is 4:55pm, Budget closes at 5:00, and my job is at least 15 min away. I explained my dilemma to B. who stayed late at her job to help me out, even though this particular predicament was entirely my own fault. I really, really appreciated that! Thanx B., Thanx Budget!

I made reservations several weeks ago for a rental to be ready the morning of my family vacation. I received a call the same morning that there is no car available for me to pick up!!! Are you kidding me!!!!

I'm going to start by saying a little bit of patience goes a long way especially during these crazy times....but what is the point of making a reservation if there won't be any cars and the staff has no clue when one will be available?! The level of apathy from the staff was ridiculous. Bottom line, don't depend on this location for travel needs.

Excellent vehicle and customer service, just wish it was a little cheaper per day, we struggle to compete with pricing in surrounding communities. They're often 30% less, but I was very pleased overall.

Don’t bother using Budget Rent A Car. I recently used them while on vacation and found myself getting ripped off. I was double charged for renting a car for 3 days. Go to another car rental place.

Very rude and nasty Demanded that we have a important credit card which i have never heard that term before how can you demand a fancy credit card when you're business is called budget car rental this place is a joke

Becky always gives the best service as long as you understand this is a small town airport and you book ahead by a few days they will always get what you need and it will be a great car
