Budget Car Rental

Excellent service, they are very friendly. They helped us choose the car that best suited our needs and even excellent parios. They are very clean and very comfortable cars of the year for the whole family to go on a trip. I recommend them and the best thing that the insurer is not expensive and takes a lot of damages if there is one on the road.

Not that bad of a BUDGET CAR RENTAL. The employees we're very professional. I only came here to turn in a vehicle that I rented in GA to drive back this a way. Like I said employees were nice, but one of the customers were insane. She was complaining about being there for 10 mins and still didnt have a car. She got the like 2 hrs before her rental. She was talking to someone on speaker phone at the same time. Either way, she wasn't too good, pretty bad. Ok Bye

Run from them, they will steal your money by ringing up made up additional charges. My husband picked up a car from them. We used the car for one night driving 5 miles. We filled the tank up at the exit before drop off but lo and behold, there was an extra $20 charge for not filling g up the tank. My husband is on his way there now to get that charge reversed. Can you imagine them charging all the cars they rent an extra $20 every day??? THIEVES!!!!

The absolute worst RUN to another rental company horrible customer service. I prepaid for my vehicle plus insurance. Made a reservation and got there no cars available had to wait several hours the car we received had brake issues grinding when we got to the Carolinas we called budget to get an exchanged car. Returned back to be charged twice for a prepaid car and the manager Dean told me he was too busy to adjust my credit card to email him. Wow! Never Again

Not renting from Budget again. I made a same day prepaid reservation for a 7 passenger vehicle to pick up at 1pm. I was unaware that the location selected closed at 1pm. They reluctantly let me in to tell me that they’re closed and that they don’t know why the website allows reservations to be picked up after they’re closed. Then I find out they have no vehicles for my needs and that the vehicle I “choose” doesn’t fit the number of passengers I need it for. They’re attitude stunk and the fact they were placing the blame on the customer for something out of control is an issue for me. Budget just lost a customer.

Their demeanor is condescending their policies ignorant and will never reserve a vehicle from them again. Everything perfect via electronic means but the day to get the vehicle was unprofessional and lack intelligent communication. In my opinion ... foreign crooks.

The gentlemen working here were very attentive, helped to get the best price compared to online reservations, and worked with me to extend my rental two different times. They are efficient in the process while there it can be busy on weekends and they make sure you are pleased with your rental before you leave.

I've rented from this location once going on twice today, easy 10/10 experience. The staff is straightforward and highly respectful; they are professional yet sociable. I can only imagine rude customers having a difficult time in this establishment... Why? Because people are people, there is a good chance you will get it back if you are rude. My first experience was booked over the phone/online, which was easy to book. However, the second time was in person, and they gave me pointers on what would be in my best interest in terms of saving money and being a smart renter. Renting there was qucik which saved time. Also excellent conversations especially Mr. Dean Flexible in terms of location Flexible drop and pick-up If you ask For me, the most significant benefit was the absence of b.s., which saves everyone time.

The manager/owner was incredible! Dean was able to adjust my rental reservation to fulfill my travel needs at an excellent price! I also enjoyed a delightful conversation with him. Definitely visit Stafford Avis/Budget if you need a rental car!

Made a reservation through Expedia to pick a car up at 5pm today. I called about 15 minutes prior to say I was going to be a little late. I was told they close at 5, which I didn’t realize, but then was told “but we don’t have any cars anyways.” I reiterated that I had a reservation so they should have a car available. He looked up my reservation and told me once again they didn’t have anymore cars available. I inquired about getting a car for the following morning and he said I’d have to call mid-morning to see if I could get one. I said that doesn’t work for me. He asked me to hold and then a few minutes later hung the phone up. I tried to call back several times before 5pm and nobody would answer the phone. I had a weekend trip planned with non-refundable hotel reservations that I had to cancel because I could not rent a car and had no other way to get there.
