I rented a truck and they told me they would be closed when I was finished, but I could come back the next day to drop the truck off. I had work, and I was worried that I would be charged another day because of the Sunday time constraints. THREE HOURS AFTER THEY HAD CLOSED Israel was in the store and let me drop off the truck and pay. He saved me at least two hours of waiting around in traffic the next day and I didn't have to wake up extra early to drop the truck off. Thank you very much Israel. I really appreciate it.

I reserved a truck online around 3 pm for the following morning. In the morning I was called to say that there is no truck available. The guy called me also said that he didn't know why Budget is still renting trucks from them online anymore.  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
