They will go above and beyond too. When I needed to make a schedule changes just as a scheduled pick up, they worked with me to quickly to accommodate the change and deliver the car to my door step. Came to LA for a work trip and rented a car from Platinum for the week. These guys provide excellent service and really show they care about the client. Harry and Mike were so professional and knowledgable about the cars and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We also used the Chauffeur service that they offer, and Harry Sr made sure we were taken care of to the fullest extent. Needless to say, were definitely only renting cars from PML for the future.
