Very Awful Experience. Reserved a truck 3 days prior for a Sunday. But, when I can walked in to pick up the truck, I was told that they don't have any trucks available, since they don't have the keys in shop for the trucks that are sitting in the parking lot. I was also told the person at front desk will reach out to me as soon as they have one available, but never received any phone call from them. At the end I ended up paying $50 extra to another party, since It was last minute reservation. NEVER BUDGET AGAIN!!
Terrible experience. Booked a truck on 4/30 for pick up on 5/4. Truck was not available when we arrived. Called customer service and was told they would call me within 2 hours... 2 hours later and no call. I called back and was told to wait another 2 hours. Ended up cancelling and going with U-haul.
AVOID!!! I made a reservation a week ago. They called and left a message the night before I was suppose to pick the truck up to tell me they did not have one available. I would need to call the next day to see if anyone had dropped off a truck. Forget about speaking with a manager, the rep said the manager can call me back tomorrow if necessary.
Worst experience, they have only one person for 8 reservations. We wait 45 minutes to 1 hour to get the rental truck even though we had a reservation since the day before.
Very long wait in line. Took 40 minutes to move 8 spaces on a Sunday, just to return a vehicle. Not enough staff!
