Buoyant Spa

One of the most beautiful float spas I've ever been to. The owner was running the float spa when I arrived and was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The waterfall when you walk into the lobby begins to set the mood: calming, ready to unwind. I enjoyed changing into a robe prior to heading to my suite. And they have some of the most beautiful float suites I've ever seen. The showers are stunning and the float spa pods are large and inviting. The way the pods drain and refill entirely between clients was a feature I haven't seen at any of the other places I've floated at. The soundproofing was done very well as I could barely hear a thing my entire float. Reflecting on my float in the post-float relaxation room with a glass of water while still in my robe was very nice and I would recommend everyone do this if you can make the time for it. Parking was a breeze. They have two locations and I would love to visit the other next time I'm in town. Thank you for the wonderful experience and for providing such a unique and elegant float spa!

I had the worst experience. First off, the customer service was absolutely horrible the lady at the front desk was very rude to me on the phone when I called to schedule and confirm my appointment. I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt, but when I got there the experience was horrible. When I entered the room, I got to pick my music and lights that were on in the pod, until it turned off after only 5 MINUTES! Who would think that’s relaxing to sit there in the pitch black dark in silence?? All I could hear was the ladies music she was blaring at the front desk. I got out after only 10 minutes of being in the pod when my session was an HOUR long. When I walked out of the room, the front desk lady approached me and said is everything okay and I told her how unhappy I was about the experience. All she had to say to me was “ I thought I told you the lights would go off after 5 minutes” and then proceeded to tell me the music shouldn’t have gone off in the pod. She didn’t offer any type of refund or apology. I was very upset with the whole experience and how this was handled. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends.

My daughter took me here for my birthday. It is the most relaxing thing I've ever done! You feel completely weightless and feel no pressure on your body. The place is very nice and clean with a very calming environment. Marissa, at the counter, was very pleasant and informative about the pods and benefits. I highly recommend! I'm going to make this a regular thing for me!

My wife gave me a 2 60 min. floats for my birthday. This past weekend I came in and met Mary who was awesome and explained everything to me. Very cool experience, the timing of relaxation was spot on. Today I came in for my second float. Another great experience, Mallory was awesome as well. Everyone at the Chesterfield location is super nice and explains everything to ensure it’s a great experience. Hopefully I got Mary and Mallory’s names right. I’ll be back to tap into theta brain waves ;

I had THE BEST Float experience at Buoyant yesterday. My 60 min float was a gift for my birthday and I will remember it for years to come! Briai is such an amazing person and I’m so happy that she guided me through my entire float experience. I will absolutely be back and for an even longer float session. I’m going to bring my girlfriend and do a couple’s float! I love how clean the spa is and how accommodating it is too. I understand now how truly stress free and stress managing floating is, just like meditation. I recommend Buoyant’s services to ANYONE! And thank you all for being a LGBTQ+ Friendly Business!

I wish I could give this place a 5 but the one time I went there was no hot water, the room was freezing and the pod was malfunctioning and I wasn't able to get the full experience I wanted. The girl at the front desk gave me a free coupon to come back I haven't yet so we will see if next time my experience is better and I can change my review. For what I did get out if it though it is a cool relaxing way to meditate and leaves your skin baby soft.

Had the pleasure of floating while in St Louis, what an experience. It was my first time floating and I did not know what to expect. Once I had changed clothes, showered, I hopped in this really cool oval tub that has a lid and found my body suspended on the water. I closed the lid, a voice came on, then music and cool lights. The music stopped and it was peaceful. I starting thinking about things and since I was relaxed I took a different approach to some work items I was thinking about. I thought it would be a long hour, then the lights and music came back on, hour was finished. It started to drain so I got out and took a shower. After, definitely felt more relaxed. I had better clarity about work items is thinking about and a more mellow disposition. Skin was clean. Nice clean facility. Will be back next time in St Louis.

Went to Bouyant for my first float. Mallory was very helpful in providing instructions and eased my nerves. This facility has high tech pods that are emptied and cleaned after every use which is great! The showers are nice and they provide soap and hair products for your rinse after your session has ended. After a long float it’s normal to feel parched and hungry and how awesome that a smoothie king is right next door! Floating is very personal so you really won’t know if it’s for you until you try it!

I loved this experience. The atmosphere was awesome. Brittany was so nice. I loved that we got the option to use our own meditation track. The water was perfect. Will definitely be going back.

The experience was amazing! Brea at the front was very helpful and kind. I got a little scared and hit the panic button when the lights went out but she turned them back on and i enjoyed my time! Definitely going to be coming back!
