Erin was a caring professional who found a beautiful place that was in our budget! Referrals to move managers were terrific to make move and readying house for sale as easy as possible. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to transition a family member into a senior living community.
I am beyond grateful to have met Erin. She is so helpful and knowledgeable that I simply could not have navigated a difficult journey without her. She is highly experienced in the senior living community space and she leverages the strong relationships she has established to help you navigate through a challenging and often times emotional process to find the right facility for loved ones. She also demonstrates such compassion and listens to your needs to help ease the stress that comes with caring for elderly family members. I’ve been working with Sue at Senior Care Authority to find my parents the perfect community to be part of. While, we started down that path, we had a bump in the road with my mom having a advanced cancer diagnosis. Sue, has been so helpful to me trying to navigate this crazy journey! She is extremely knowledgeable of what the senior community offers, patient, and very caring. We found my mom the perfect place to recover from surgery. I’m so blessed I was referred to them.
Senior Care Authority has been so helpful in moving my mom from CA-MO! Erin helped us with finding a place that would be fun, and caring. She did that. She did all the research to find what met our needs. Which saved us hours of time and energy. We also needed help with transport, moving, clearing out unneeded items and furniture. She found us resources for all those things as well. Erin helped make this transition so smooth. Our family is so grateful! Thank you!
A year ago we were in search of a new living situation for a sibling. We knew the placement would be difficult as she has a number of complicated medical conditions which require specific treatment. We began the search on our own, only to be quickly overwhelmed. Sue Klipsch-Kelley of Senior Care Authority was recommended by a friend. Contacting Sue was the best thing I could have done! She walked us through the entire process, streamlining each step. Sue was a constant advocate for my sister and a liaison with each community we considered. She was also a great emotional support to the family during this difficult time by encouraging, offering options, and assuring us with each decision. Sue remained in close contact throughout the move and transition/adjustment period, insuring that everything went according to plan.
My experience with Sue and the team at Senior Care Authority was nothing short of phenomenal. From my first phone call with Sue, you could sense her passion for helping those in search of good retirement communities. Her service and willingness to help are unmatched; having this service available was a true blessing. There aren't enough gold stars to give in this review! Thanks Sue!
I am so thankful to have met Erin. She is full of knowledge and helpful information. She knows the senior living community extensively and has amazing relationships within those communities. If you need help finding a new home for your senior loved one, Erin is the one to call!
Erin was referred to me when I had an immediate need to find a skilled facility for my sister. After learning what my goals were she immediately made contact with possible resources and emailed me with their contact information so I could follow up. She stayed in touch to make sure I had a solution. Although we had never met She acted with the same concern I would expect from a close friend or family member.
Finding a senior community for your loved one can arguably be one of the most overwhelming, frustrating, and confusing processes one can go through. That is why the world is fortunate to have organizations like Senior Care Authority. Erin and Sue's knowledge of the St. Louis long term care community and their ability to quickly connect with their clients makes the whole process go a lot smoother. The weird part is that one would think a service like this could cost families hundreds or thousands of dollars.......but it's totally free. I would certainly trust Senior Care Authority with my parents and I would highly encourage you to trust them with yours!
Erin Dwyer with Senior Care Authority was the answer to so many of my family’s prayers over the course of 6 months when my elderly mom AND dad’s health started to quickly decline. From evaluating my Dad to help determine if he was still safe to drive, to educating me and my brothers on the various living options for the elderly who can no longer live safely at home independently, to helping us navigate the healthcare system, to taking Mom or Dad to a doctor’s appointment for us and taking copious notes at the appointment to share with me and my brothers after the appointment, and the list goes on and on. We would’ve been lost without Erin. She was always extremely reliable and helped guide us every step of the way. If you need help with anything related to senior care, look no further!!!
