Whole Body Cryotherapy is a brief hyper cooling of the skin that triggers the body to shunt circulation to the core enriching the blood with oxygen and enzymes which later when returned to the periphery helps promote healing and detoxification.
We take walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and 2pm-5:45pm, and Saturdays from 9am-1pm, no need to call for an appointment.
Please take note that during the week, we close from 1pm-2pm for daily dry cycle maintenance on the machine. This process does take the full hour, so if possible, please try not to walk in past 12:45pm in case there is a line that delays our dry cycle start time. This ensures we are back up and running for our customers at 2:00pm.
