They made a minor mistake nuggets instead of burger kids meal, and immediately fixed it- replaced the burger and let us keep the nuggets. Seems small but this is the kind of service that’s so often missing. Mistake fixed- no wasted food! Thanks Abdul and team. :Service: 5/5
Staff are friendly and fast, but food is terrible. Tried Butter Chicken burger, advertised as crispy chicken with butter chicken sauce. Basically got no sauce. If your burger is centered around a sauce, use the sauce!! Ketchup nuggets just pain nuggest dusted with something vaguely Ketchup coloured, zero taste of Ketchup. Hopes weren't high to begin with, but most disappointing meal ever

Pretty solid for fast food actually. I have yet to get a bad order from them. Has a nice modern store and the burgers are fantastic. Lunch for one person is around $13-18 for a burger combo. Food Quality: 4/5 Cleanliness: N/A drive-thu Value: 3/5 Speed: 4/5
For a fast food joint, they are actually pretty good. Never had a problem with the staff or the food. Food is always hot and cooked fresh. Never had to wait. Maybe I'm a lucky one, but I'd say it's one of the better fast food places in Duncan
Actual bad bro i live in australia and im in canada rn and aus has hungry jacks and there burger is big and has more veggies and burger here at burger king the burgers are so small they are smaller then a dorito and they only put ketchup in and we have to add sauces ourselves and there is only 2 peices of lettuce one string of onion and cutof tomato and chedder cheese and a swirl of ketchup Vegetarian options: There vegies that are placed in the burger are low quality they barely put anything in

I ordered a Wopper Jr. It came with onion, pickles and a bit of ketchup. No tomato or lettuce. Very disappointing!!! However, their poutine was very good.
I'm tired of trying with this place. I want to make it my go to place for lunch because the food is cheap and it's nearby. But, half the time I walk there the restaurant is closed to in house diners. Ok, I try to call them. Most of the time I get no answer so I have to hope the restaurant is open. When I do get an answer it's just a, "uhhhhh, hello?" Never a, "Hello, this is Burger King, how may I help you?" Then inside at the counter the same thing. When my order is ready, some kid will hand it to me without acknowledging me, no "Here's your order, is there anything else I can help you with?" Or "Here you go, have a nice day." Nope, they just hand you your food with a dead look in their eyes, then turn away from you as soon as they can. Pros: Close by, cheap food. Cons: Lack of professionalism/Customer service, Restaurant hours are inconsistent and change day by day, Can't even call them to find out if they are open, you just have to hope they are.
