Fantastic vitamin and more shop! They're well-stocked with a variety of brands and products. If they don't have what you want, they will source and bring it in if they're able to get it from one of their suppliers. They were also 'tuned-in' enough to give me a head's up that they were having some difficulty sourcing a product I buy so I was able to stock up. Very friendly, too! I accidently had some spillage in the bulk section, and when I told them, they were so nice about it again, I'm so sorry!. Definitely recommend.
Exactly what I was looking for and the staff were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed and they knew exactly how to help. Highly recommend shopping here
I don't know how this store gets so many positive reviews. I have been shopping here for years out of necessity and I get friendly service maybe 1 in 10 visits. Had to go here today to pick up a product no other local place has and not only were they again impolite, they were letting people shop in store without a mask despite having instructions on the door for exempt people to wait outside while they shopped for them. I'm done here. Trying to support this local business isn't worth the headache when Amazon has the product
It was a great experience shopping here. The helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff made it easy to find what I was looking for in the gym nutrition line of products. There pricing was competitive if not better than what I found at other stores or even online. Since the new management has taken over it is a completely different experience shopping here.
Went here to support a local store and it turned out to be a great choice! Great prices. Quality products and friendly staff that were able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
Not too bad but I hardly ever go there. I did find something the other day that I haven't been able to find anywhere else though. I would have had to pay extra to buy it online and have it shipped to me... so that was nice. But their selection is pretty low considering. They were missing a few other things I was looking for. Their prices are ok usually better than The Community Farm Store but not as good as Lifestyle Markets in Victoria. I would recommend that store over this one.
Selection is OK for a store this size, and staff are nice enough. Organizing the products by brand and not by supplement type makes comparisons difficult and frustrating. I like to shop local, but this is pushing me elsewhere.
Love this store - super friendly staff, great selection and I’m always finding new products I want to try. As a new mom, I especially appreciate their selection of healthy baby products and helpful staff suggestions, including from the manager who recently took the time to give me lots of great advice.
Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience! So much selection and fantastic customer service. I really appreciated the manager taking the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!
This is one of the best places to go in Canada or the US. They have things you can't pick up locally ANYWHERE. They carry more important products for people that really need them, than anywhere else I've ever been. It isn't as complete with some of the run of the mill items, but it is simply way more useful than any other places I've seen. The only dislike is organization by brand. It makes it hard to find stuff without asking someone, who may or may not be available.
