Went to this burger king and got an Impossible king with no ketchup, no mustard, and a extra mayo. Now when I imagine extra mayo I don't mean like mostly mayo with aside of Impossible meat. But that's what I got, it was very upsetting, and on tip of that, the staff wasn't very nice.
Burger King have been having a hard time. Maybe it's just in Washington state. But most of them have closed down in the last twenty years. There were only two employees working. The guy that maintains the shake machine got there after i had ordered a shake so i got it before i left. The lead person was taking money, drive thru orders and counter orders and packing to go bags. Stalwart and professional. The sandwich maker was meticulous. It looked like he counted the pickle slices. He took great care with his job. I just like the flame broiled flavor, that no-one else has.
Be prepared to wait in the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for 20+ mins before giving up, literally the only time we moved was when other cars left the line. Not one car had their order taken or served their food in this time period. Judging from the other reviews this is a common occurrence. It would literally be quicker if you went to a sit down restaurant and ate food there. Just AVOID this place.
Ordered fries and nuggets in drive thru. The drive thru cashier seemed nice and asked if I needed sauce for nuggets and how many. I said 3 sweet and sour sauce… He handed my order nicely, however, there were no sauces in the order. Don’t know if he/she forgot to put them in the bag or just completely disregarded it.Food: 3/5
Ordered 2 chicken wraps. Only one came with Lettuce and it barely had any. The other didn't have any of the toppings it was supposed to. The chicken was also not fresh. My onion rings were fresh though which was good.Food: 1/5
I can’t believe I’m writing a review about a Burger King, but seriously?? It took 45 minutes to get a single whopper meal that I ordered online ahead of time. This is what happens when you pay $16.25/hr. Can’t believe you have any staff left when you’re paying so little. Everyone was visibly overwhelmed and the line forming at your drive through is interrupting other businesses.
Order was cold. Asked for ketchup and got nothing. Ordered French toast sticks and apparently you have to ask for syrup because it doesn’t come with and or napkins for that matter. Will not be going back. Big waist of time and money. Great place for poor at best food and service. Burger king should be embarrassed. This explains why nobody was in line and the place was empty. Should have know.
Get ready to wait 20+ minutes in drive thru on days they only have 2 employees inside. Also decided to grab food inside instead of waiting forever in drive thru just to watch the kid making food eat the food while making sandwiches. Unbelievable!Food: 1/5
It's Burger King, really, if clean & service is good/great, food will be perfect as ordered. If they mess up they fix for free. What more do you want in fast food? Long gone are the cheap burger days. All fast food stores cost more & more. Call life in America. Stop by, order, eat & enjoy.Food: 5/5
This is a really great restaurant to go to - the only reason I gave it four stars is because the app coupons do not always work here, and there is nothing worse than going through the line only to find out the app is down, or the local restaurant does not take the coupons. Frustrating.Food: 5/5
