The Green Turtle

This is a beautiful place to dine! Right in the water with boats and lights. It was a little smaller than anticipated but what it lacked in seating it made up for in cuisine. The food was amazing paired with a red wine and the waiters were so accommodating!

Wonderful waiter and customer service. Food was good and prices are good for the quality of food offered.

The staff is very friendly but was not the very quick or attentive. The best part of dining here is the view. Every seat has an unobstructed view of the the harbor, lighthouse and Mount Rainer. The food seemed to be tastefully prepared and was full of flavor. The overall dining experience was pulled up by the surrounding. We did not have wine but heard their list is expansive.

Great location with a fabulous view! We loved our server and the owner too! Very happy that we could have our dogs with us on the deck. The wine was great! The mojito was terrific! The seafood chowder and the pear salad were delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent food and great service , plus a view

We have had a great experience every time we have eaten at the Green Turtle. The food is good and it has been very consistent across the menu options. It has simply the best view of Mount Rainier you are going to get in Gig Harbor at a restaurant so call ahead and reserve the best table for a special occasion or a nice night out. The service has also always been entertaining. My one criticism is that it is quite small and it can have a slightly cramped feel if they are completely full.

Wonderful experience! We had the best steak in a very long time. It melted like butter in my mouth. Way better than Anthony's Restaurant steaks. The atmosphere was very intimate. The view was great I'm sure in the summer time is way better. Definitely going back for the summer experience. The service was awesome the chef was amazing they really know their stuff.

Had a delicious meal here last night! We had the Filet Mignon entree. It was so flavorful and tender. An additional star should be for our server. He was personable and caring. We love this place. We have come here for years.

Went for our anniversary and Jason was our server. The sirloin steak was so incredibly tender and the reduction sauce was very flavorful and complimentary to the whole dish. Jason was delightful. He was very attentive and never made us feel rushed. I am definitely looking forward to another visit!

I had a superior dining experience with my wife and another couple. Both the food and the service were outstanding. I had the Thai seafood and my wife had a tenderloin steak. The other couple had Ahi tuna and halibut. All 4 meals were delicious and filling, with beautiful presentation. We had the cheesecake and key lime pie for dessert with coffee. The intimate atmosphere and beautiful views accented the food and made this a memorable and unforgettable evening.
