I’ve never loved or stuck with a gym for as long as I have with burn. I’ve been coming weekly for almost 6 years now. The workouts are different everyday so you don’t get bored. Plus, you feel absolutely amazing after each 45 minute session! Burn is extremely clean and well maintained. The trainers are all fantastic! Grant is the head trainer and very motivating, energetic and overall such a positive person. They all have pushed me to do things I never even knew I was capable of. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have!
I have had been a member now for 5 years. It has made me more motivated to workout then ever before. In fact I never really worked out all that much! The community is amazing and the trainers are the best of the best! I’m a stay at home mom of 4 boys and this is the best outlet I get on a day to day basis! I love burn sooo much!! I highly recommend it to those wanting a great workout and for the support you will get when you walk in!
I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp! The owner, staff, and trainers are friendly, welcoming and motivating. I always leave there feeling happy and accomplished. The workouts are challenging, but the trainers always give modifications for different fitness levels. I love being able to use the different equipment- weights, medicine balls, bands, ropes, kettlebells, etc. It makes the classes fun and never boring. Highly recommend!
I've been attending Burn Boot Camp for 2 years now my wife longer and I love it. It's great being able to go into the gym and having your workout planned for you. They do a great job of balancing workouts across strength, cardio, and speed/agility. It's challenging and a great community to be part of to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I’ve always been into exercising, but have never feel as strong or motivated as I do now after joining Burn Boot Camp 3.5 years ago. I love that the workouts are a challenge and a fit for any exercise level, and I love being part of a great community. Free childcare is an added bonus, as is being able to workout at any Burn nationwide!
Burn Bootcamp Westmont is the BEST by far! Here you do circuit style training during classes that change daily. On average I burn anywhere from 300-400 calories during each 45 minute camp. It is highly effective and efficient! The trainers are well versed in modifying up or down any part of the workout so you can have personal training during a group setting. You can also have a focus meeting with trainers to set goals and streamline a plan for improving overall health and wellness. I can say that I have always felt supported and motivated by the people around me during class. There is a contagious positivity at every class! The equipment is clean, organized, and their protocols are rarely ever repetitive! AND- There is also free excellent Childcare which is a HUGE bonus for working parents! If you are hesitant about getting started.... come to Burn!
I love Burn Boot Camp Westmont! The workouts are different every day. I love how the week has a great balance of strength focused and cardio-conditioning focused workouts. The community is very friendly and supportive. The trainers are the best - they are upbeat, motivating and very knowledgeable on exercise and nutrition. I highly recommend this program - come and join us :!
I absolutely love coming here! Always a great workout and vibe! The trainers and community keep me motivated and coming back for more. I've never been very consistent with working out but since coming back to Burn in mid January I've hardly missed a camp. Burn is really helping me achieve my health goals. l know I will be a life long member
I had never consistently worked out in my life before Burn. Burn gives me the motivation to start my morning off on the right foot! The work outs are tough and I feel so much stronger, the community is strong, and I wouldn’t be able to go without the child care! I am so grateful for Burn. Plus, Grant and Diana are amazing trainers! 100% recommend.
I've been a member at this location for almost 5 year now and I can not begin to say how grateful I am for this community. From the amazing staff to the challenging workouts, I look forward to coming each week and showing up for not only myself but for others. The community of people who come here are inspiring, encouraging and make me want to be better. If you have been wondering whether this type of workout is for you, IT IS! You can taylor each workout to your fitness level and feel comfortable that you will be supported by people who want to see you succeed.
