Tavares gave us so much information and insight on each product. Literally stayed with us for a hour, which is why i recommend this store. He helped me make the better buy instead of picking the most expensive option.
Me and my husband went in today with the purpose of finding a stroller and a car seat. RJ the Gear Specialist helped us in finding what was right for us, I’m a very picky person and he has the patience to explain everything and managed to convince me with the knowledge he knew about the products. At the end of the day I left with a car seat and stroller set that I enjoy and now have the knowledge of how to operate it, as a first time mom it was very helpful that he took the time to demonstrate how to set up and breakdown the car seat and cool features we didn’t know it had! If you visit this location definitely ask for RJ he’s definitely great with customer service and has the patience and is very knowledgeable about the products he is selling!
This place is amazing found so many different things there. I went in to look at the prices of cribs and baby/toddler furniture as I’m trying to compare prices with other stores, and instead of just looking I found a toy that my one year old likes for an affordable price and I found some European diapers and a certain brand of baby body wash that I been wanting to get for my child as wellall were affordable. I love how this store has a wide variety of different types of products for babies and toddlers. Definitely will come back again. This truly is a one stop shop for all your baby and toddler supplies. Literally everything from formula and baby food/snacks to clothing and toys and furniture and strollers and car seats and down to basic hygiene items!.
THEY DO NOT HONOR THE RETURN POLICY! They don’t allow returns, exchanges EVEN if purchased on registry. Extremely difficult to deal with or with a receipt. They give a hard time. If you don’t have a receipt, they MAY offer a lower price or just reject taking the item even if it’s sold in store. Doesn’t matter brand or price, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. READ THE REVIEWS!!!
We are expecting our first child we didn’t know what kind of car seat or stroller we needed. Zeferino was very patient explaining the functionality of mostly every car seat and stroller they have on display. Zeferino answered all our questions, he suggested us to get the car seat and stroller together it was the Greco Premier we love that stroller. He help us ordering to be deliver in few days to our house. He also explained all the benefits of getting the membership which save us a lot of money. We love how clean and organize is this store. Everyone was very friendly and asking us if we needed help.
Zeferino is extremely rude. First I want to start off by saying I just came in yesterday and spent $1000 on all the items I still needed that I didn’t receive at my baby shower. TODAY, I came in to return items from the baby shower that were buybuybaby brand, Mary meyer, and mighty goods without a receipt. Everything except one item had a tag although they had that item in the store. Zeferino made a huge deal about this return and refused to do it at first even though the website states that returns without a receipt are fine and are accepted at a discounted rate. He tried to say he couldn’t do the return at all till I pointed out the websites return policy. The entire time I felt like he was insinuating that I stole the items. As I stood there in literal silence he started saying I needed to be patient, calm, and basically just put up with it to which I made clear I was not even talking so if anyone needed to be patient it was him. All the while I’m literally having false contractions as he’s being rude. He then decided that he would only return 2/5 items$21, which all five items together didn’t even total more than $40. His cashier ended up asking him to just let her handle it because of how rude he was being, apologized for his behavior and diction, and had a different team lead do the key turn after his many accusations towards me. Three cashiers witnessed his behavior. Im just so completely disappointed because I signed up for the $29 rewards program and spent $1000 yesterday and now you have basically accused me of stealing products. Definitely will not be back. I feel so discriminated against and disgusted with Zeferinos behavior towards me. Buy your stuff online or at another store because the manager here is just not it. Especially if you’re pregnant, not worth the stress AT ALL.
Bought a toddler jersey from here online for pickup. It showed the jersey was in stock and would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. A few minutes later, i received another email saying that the jersey was no longer available and would instead be shipped out to me. Only problem is, i need the jersey that same day!!! Received the jersey in the mail about 6 days later. Went to the store to return it still in the original packaging literally one day after I received it in the mail, and i was told I could only get store credit. This company should be ashamed. I paid with my hard earned money for this. The jersey was clearly unused and the best they could do was store credit. What a ripoff!! This store has definitely lost all my business.
My first experience shopping at Buy Buy Baby was very good thanks to Mr. Zefe. He listened to what my wife and I needed and even recommended other things that we didn’t think about adding to our registry. The process of making the registry with Zefe was simple and easy. Zefe also showed us high chairs, playpens, bassinets, baby carriers and strollers. We added all these to our registry after finding the right products to fit our budget and lifestyle. I’d definitely recommend Zefe to any soon to be parents who may be overwhelmed by all the information on the internet about what to get for their baby. Zefe will not let you down!
My husband and I are expecting our first child and were feeling overwhelmed with doing registry stuff online. We went to Buybuy baby and the staff were amazing! Tevaris the manager walked us through strollers and car seats infant and convertible with pros and cons of each. The staff were continuously checking if we had questions or needed help. I cannot say enough good things and I now feel so much less stressed about our registry. Thank you so much to the entire team!
We came in looking for furniture, it started very overwhelming but then the associate Ruth helped us find the right pieces we were looking for! Definitely left happy! She also helped us save money with their rewards system!
