My wife and I had a repeated Great experience at the Chair King Backyard Store. The sales agent, manager, director, VP, Mr. Curtis Henderson, was the key element to our experience, coupled with the superior product offerings. I am not sure what his job title is but he embodies all mentioned and more. His knowledge of the business, timely attentiveness, overall positive and friendly persona not overfriendly but very professional and respectful and willingness to offer careful guidance, led me to believe that he cared about our choices, satisfaction, and the reputation of the company. The picture uploaded shows that we use the new outdoor space regularly and are quite elated with the addition to our life. Im sure it will literally add years to our very busy life by luring us to relax and sit for a while. Thanks Dr. Curtis, master of collaborative persuasion, and outdoor living space guru... Honorable mention to the tall sales agent that initially greeted us and led us to the right area. Sorry, dont recall his name Also to the delivery team. Great job even in the rain.... Curtis, David and Ashley went above and beyond my expectations for amazing customer service. They helped me get a gorgeous patio set that I absolutely love! It was delivered within hours of purchase by very polite and professional men. I highly recommend the Chair King in Humble.
We’re so happy we found the outdoor furniture we were looking for at chair king. We spent a few days looking around different stores and Michele P. was able to contact us back with a great sale and the price we couldn’t walk away from. This is our second time buying outdoor furniture from her and Chairking. Michele is so helpful and kind she walked us through the whole store and showed us different club chairs and options. This was another great experience at Chairking and we’re so happy with our purchase of 6 club chairs that swivel. Thank you, again Michele Parnell!
I walked into chair king with the mentality of not purchasing anything because of the price shock. Curtis greeted me and my wife at the door and just told us not to focus on price focus on what we liked. Let me tell you. It was customer service at its best. He worked with us on a set of outdoor sofas and dining table. Curtis stayed past closing time to get us the price that fit my budget and sold us quality products. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process until we had it delivered. I highly recommend this store and Curtis Henderson. He will take care of you. One more thing, the delivery wasn’t supposed to be until Saturday, I called Curtis and he made it happened on Friday and now ready for my family gathering/inauguration of my outdoor patio. Big Thank You to Curtis Henderson he is the man. JA/SA
Update: Elijah also did an outstanding job continuing to take care of us since Curtis went to another location! He helped get one of our cushions replaced quickly and hassle-free for us! Will continue coming back to work with them! We had a great experience here! Just walk in, find Curtis, and he'll take care of the rest. He repeatedly told me "he'd take care of us" and he definitely did! Checked in on us, coordinated the delivery, worked with us greatly on cost, and is great to talk to. I definitely didn't think we'd end up buying from Chair King since I was told they are kind of pricey, but seriously just give them a shot. Well done, Curtis!
We came in today to buy pool loungers and new cushions for outdoor sectional. The sales team answered our questions and we’re not high pressure. After my wife and I changed our minds we decided to buy a new set. The total price was out of our planned budget. Curtis got involved to help get the price were we felt comfortable! We are very happy with our decision to buy at Chair King Humble! Update- not only was the customer service incredible! Curtis called to ask if we would like it same day which we were not expecting! Nice touch! We Haven’t experienced this type of customer service in awhile!
If you are in the market for patio furniture, this is the place to go. Curtis made buying our furniture a very enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you to get the furniture you want at an affordable price. Curtis answered all of our questions and made sure that anything he said/promised was carried out. His integrity is unimpeachable. After the purchase, he personally delivered 2 pieces of patio furniture that had been left off the delivery truck. We will definitely refer any of our friends and acquaintances to Curtis for their patio furniture buying needs.
Chair King always does a really great job at finding the perfect set, and then they beat your expectations on how quickly they get it to you!! Really great furniture for a great price. Curtis, Michele, and Troy are all really great at the Humble Location !

Our experience with Michele Parnell was excellent!!! She explained the differences on the patio furniture and helped us in making the decision on the furniture to best meet our needs. She took her time in assisting us and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend her.
