When in about 20 min til closing, had too get to the right counter and wait in lineonly 1 counter open of course. Return 6pants, 4 shirts, & 3 dresses. 1 pair had no tag searched it could not find. Collected 2 gift cards and purchased a Tommy tank top & a hippie looking cotton shirt by Tommy on sale for $78.00 all by 10:05. Impossible? No...Crazy? YES!!! It happened tho
Hi! I’m an Ex. Employee here! I was here for almost a year but they drove me away! Some people made my experience genuinely really bad, and they worked in the same department as me. But the others in different departments, made me feel welcome and felt that I belonged there. These women are cliquish and very biased, and rude. They try to seem nice, but they’re actually pretty mean. I appreciate those who made my work experience amazing, and I appreciate those who made my work experience absolutely atrocious! Because now I know what to deal with and what not to deal with :. In the end, I found something better for me. This job was definitely a learning lesson for me.
So My Mom & I came into Macys today to make the hardest purchase of our life for my late brothers sport coat. Ms. Kimmy neither one knew I took this photo took charge of the situation heard my Moms needs and even called over a male associate to try on the blazers to make sure my Mom was satisfied. She had no idea my brother had passed but quickly caught on as we were crying because the gentleman was about the same build of my brother. She embraced us with love, hugs & wisdom of what size would better suit his needs. After passing that hurdle Ms. Kimmy happened to pass by the cologne counter where we were told my brothers favorite cologne was discontinued.She quickly stepped in & advised the cologne associate of our situation & had her create a sample to ensure we didn’t walk away without his favorite cologne. As we attempted to check out we became frustrated to find out the blazer belonged to a 2 piece suit to which the Macys manager only offered a 10% discount off of $400 for an incomplete suit. Our Angel Kimmy magically reappeared and quickly found another one. We will be forever grateful to Ms. Kimmy who went above & beyond and was an absolute blessing to us in our difficult time of need. Thank you, thank you
Wow, the young sales associate, I believe she said her name was Becca, was an incredible help. I was able to find everything I needed with her help but the AC was either not on or turned way up. Summer is upon us and I could certainly feel it inside the store. Please adjust your thermostat...please. I had to leave earlier than expected because of the sweat in my eyes.
Donna, working by the women's shoe department is the ABSOLUTE BEST, going above and beyond in customer service!!! I will specifically shop this Macy's because of her!! Thank you, Donna, for making me feel special!!
Late night shopping here at Macys Deerwood Mall is the best. The staff had everything so nice and neat, and it felt relaxing to just walk around. They also stay open an hour later than the mall.
My favorite store! I went shopping for school uniforms. Maria checked me out and and was super sweet. I love this store
I wanted a men's silver chain. The counter girl didn't acknowledge me. FYI..I used to work the same counter. She was using her mascara. Shame. No commission from me.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the clothing. I was looking for a blouse so I tried at least ten. Most were very skimpy and felt cheaply made. The displays were also not done very well. Everything just looked piled together like a thrift shop.
I love Macys sometimes I just go for window shopping especially to look at the perfumes then I stop for Starbucks which is located inside Macys awesome!!!
