Zero stars. Please... if you have Allergies, Asthma, any lung disease, or autoimmune... DO NOT GO HERE. Walked in, immediately smelled MOLD. Vents and ceilings have mold. Since my husband needed clothes for a new job, I had to put on a mask, in order to stay there. So incredibly disappointed. I used to respect Dillard's. No longer. At least not this location.
I came to the store to attempt to do some shopping but I was followed around by a constable racial profiling me in the men’s department followed me around the whole time. I ask the staff for help but they all was acting odd like they never seen a black person before receive no help.
1 of the shoe customer service representatives is very helpful. He is very straight to the point and matter of fact. The lady, she only helps who she likes and will walk right pass you, bump you and not speak. I still give a 4 because I am able to get my shoes and check out quickly. I don't go there to make friends and I just avoid her now lol
Dillard's is my favorite place to shop, always organized and clean. The only not so good experience was that the employee in the junior department was not courteous on the cellphone and got no help. What do I expect from this generation anyway?

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought clothing on a Thursday with the understanding that we had three days to return it. According to Dillard's your first day starts the day you buy it but they didn't say that when we bought it. So, the clothing didn't fit and Sunday was the first day I could return it and they declined the return. In a market fighting for consumer business, this is terrible. Never spending money here again
Great shoe department! I can't ever walk out of there without purchasing a pair of shoes. Everyone is very professional and friendly
Had the most embarrassing humiliating experience I've ever had at a store with my husband and 2 kids. We went to the kids shoe department the girl who was helping us seemed not to want to service us looked annoyed and lost the whole time seemed to not have any shoe size my daughter was even when I went up a size ended up getting 3 shoes for my other daughter then 2hrs later as were exiting the mall through Dillard's the POLICE stopped us at our car and said we stole some shoes, that the girl in the shoe department found empty boxes and said we took them. They searched ALL our bags INFRONT OF THE DOOR WITH EVERYONE WATCHING and found NOTHING! That was stolen. No apologies were given from the Dillard's employees even after my husband said "no apologies?" I was so upset I Returned everything I bought from there as I was doing so the manager comes and I asked her if they didnt have cameras? she's said the whole thing was a mistake & they didnt have the right to even search us if they did it would have to be in a private room and STILL NO APOLOGIES! I WILL NEVER go to another Dillard's. im still appalled at the whole thing even the audacity to ask us why a Build a bear was in the Dillard's bag without a bag?? Like if they didnt see my girls next to me. They asked for receipts for everything i bought, jouneys footlocker build a bear!! that had nothing to do with Dillard's. I hope they review the cameras and see what a big mistake they made and as for the girl at the shoe department, maybe she needs to be retrained or fired if she can't handle or keep up with one customer with out loosing shoes!! I had a feeling about her since I got there that was really ugly of her to do I didn't even have a purse, stroller or bags for her to even to consider us stealing since it was the first store we chose to go to.
I ordered several gifts online to be wrapped and they all had the price on them. Honestly, that is the 1st thing that should be removed. I don't want people to know how much money was spent, In that case i would have wrapped it myself. Completely ruined the video that i cannot get back.
One of my favorite stores, u can always find something u love here
