UPDATE 7/8/2023: The store manager, Angela Hanson, is truly a gem. She called me to speak about the horrible experience I had at her store and then offered her assistance to rectify the situation. I went into the store and her grace and attitude was just an amazing in person as it was over the phone. She listened to my concern, apologized on behalf of the sales associate, and fixed the issue right away. She exchanged my charm, cleaned my bracelets and charms, and even gave me her personal cell number!! She cares about her customers and her stores reputation! I plan to shop for another bracelet in the very near future and will def be back to this location! I just had THEE WORST experience I’ve ever had at this pandora. Firstly, they don’t have a working phone number! Secondly, I waited about 30 minutes to be acknowledged. The salesperson, Leslie, looked directly at me several times and never greeted me to say - welcome, I’ll be with you, I’m busy… leave me alone, nothing! - Thirdly, I asked Leslie to clean my bracelet and she cleaned it with dish soap! This was not told to me beforehand. Originally I visited this store to exchange a broken charm. I was told by another location that I should be able to exchange it. After waiting all that time Leslie told me I couldn’t exchange it. Thereafter, I explained I tried calling this this location and it went to voicemail but the other location stated it shouldn’t be a problem. Leslie laughs and says “you should call that location back and go off on them” and proceeds demonstrating how I should make the phone call! This was extremely unprofessional. I asked her for a manager to possibly work something out about my charm but the manager never came to speak with me although she was in the room the entire time. I doubt I’ll be spending my money at this location ever. They have left a bad taste in my mouth.
Do not go to this store for exchanges less than 30days. Manager at this location is horrible, unprofessional and not kind at all. She called security for no reason, only because I called corporate office at the store. I bought a ring as a birthday gift online less than 2wks ago and needed a smaller size. She refused to exchange. Apparently, according to her, the ring had a small dent, which we didn’t notice and to me doesn’t even look like a dent, it appears as it part of the Pandora logo that’s engraved and if it is a dent we received it from the manufacture that way. How is that even my problem. My family and I have been a longtime customer and things like this truly makes me rethink where I shop. But with that being said one bad apple should not impact everyone else. So I will continue to shop at Pandora because this is the first I’ve ever had an issue. I will say Esther, from the Corporate office was kind enough to resolve the problem.
Very beautiful charms with color to them. so many selections to choose from. I had one problem yesterday i went to the one located in Deerbrook mall my mom went with me to get a birthday charm for me and there was only one lady in front of us when we entered the store. We waited at the counter and my mom asked one of the employees about one of the charms and if she can see them. The employee walked to get the charm but we stayed at the counter for a while and we saw her helping out another woman in the store that came after us. She stayed helping the lady until she paid for the item which took a while. My mother was about to leave she was so mad that they left us at the counter she ignored us and went to help someone else when we got there first. When we first entered the store no one offered to help us. They helped everyone else that came after us.
Everyone there was helpful and very nice. I was able to get some things for my daughter for Christmas as well as a little something for me They also let me know about their sales going on.
I went to purchase a Christmas gift for my wife and was greeted with a warm welcome by Laurie. She helped me pick out the perfect set for my wife. After Christmas my wife and I returned due to the ring being a slight big, the manager Joy was so polite. We recently went back both ladies were working and greeted us with such kindness. I highly recommend you see either one of them.
My wife has several Pandora charm bracelets and I know that giving her a few new charms is a great and somewhat inexpensive gift.
Brittany has exceptional customer service omg! She surpass a 5 star I am only visiting Texas and she made me feel right at home. She needs to be a Manager because I swear she can run that store by herself thank you again for your service.
I am unhappy about my visit on 12-24-21, the line was very long in which I expected so before I waited in line I approached the lady at the door because the item was interested in was displayed in the front glass, so I asked her the price which she informed me was $115.00 so I agreed to wait in line to make my purchase and once I get inside they assign me to a sales clerk who I show I the item too and she also confirmed was $115.00 and once I get to the register and check out she apologizes and tell me the actual price is $150.00 plus sales tax is that ok? No it's not ok but what can I do now I waited in a 40 minute line to make this purchase I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE PRICE SHOWN!
Poor customer service as to the amount of time you can spend buying anything the sales person Jazmin asked us if we just wanted to see or buy. Which we clearly were there to buy then she was not checking all of the items we asked her for. This was supposed to be a beautiful experience for my daughter’s sweet 16 but instead the salesperson Jazmin just couldn’t keep it together.
Just left here had the worst experience with employee named Laurie she was extremely rude and condescending I always purchase items pieces from here my husband and I have 5 daughters. I orderd a charm bracelet for my 11 year during Christmas online and was during a exchange for a larger size. Laurie greeted me with an attitude as if I was interrupting her day, then she begins to insult my intelligence by insinuating the bracelet was scratched. I informed her that we could not close the clasp thus my daughter never got to wear it. Mind you it January 16th. She kept insisting there were scratches as if to struggle to see them even. I kept repeating what I already informed her of. She finally polished it and practically threw a receipt at me. Sarcastically she told me to print and sign for my receipt. Let this be a message people work hard for their money and believe me one dissatisfied customer can equal shut down to a business in this climate. I you don't want to deal with customers or black customers then don't work in a customer driven industry such as retail.
