We finally agreed on the numbers for a Cadillac CT5 in writing with one of sales mangers and upon arriving to the dealership and driving the car, we were ready to buy the car, the deal and numbers COMPLETELY changed. We showed the salesman the actual deal and he informed us that his managers would no longer do that deal due to their miscalculation. This was totally dishonest and deceitful for them to get us there to make a purchase and everything changed when we were ready to buy.We won't do business at this dealership ever again !!!. Consumers Beware!!!!!

My experience at Five Star Cadillac was very good. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable of the auto world and the Financial staff person worked very well with the clients.

I recently had my XT5 serviced at your dealership and I want to say I received 5-Star treatment from your technician Eric. Service was great both times. I really didn't know if I was going to return to Five Star after my first disastrous experience earlier this year. I was strongly considering not ever returning--for sales and/or service.
