Gold Cup Bowling Center

We were able to have a Jays Hope family event at Gold cup bowling this afternoon. The staff was amazing! They had all of our lanes ready and all we had to do was show up. Our families really enjoyed the experience and we will be back. They thought of all the little details so that our families could have a good day. they monitored all of our lanes to be sure that everyone’s needs were met. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I haven't been bowling since COVID and my have things changed....... Snacks are not allowed very difficult with a 2 yr. old. Guests must pay for music . Limited Cafe selection. The bowling with our of town family was nice.

What ever happened to paying by the game we spent 45 dollars for shoes and 1hour of bowling. My wife and three kids were unable to finish our first game. Your time starts when you pay so make sure you have your shoes and balls before you swipe your card. Plan on another 10 minutes trying to navigate the setup process on the screen as well. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but Gold Cup deserves this one.

Really nice bowling alley. Probably the nicest one I have ever been in. However, the customer service was not the friendliest and the music…ugh. Rap music absolutely blasting over the speakers. Otherwise I would give five stars.

Below average bowling alley. Had to reset the pins 5-6 times per game because pins would fall when the machine would set them up. The snack bar was very unimpressive as the sodas, what little they had available, was watered down. It is a bowling alley so you don’t expect much but this one could use a little help. Folks at the counter was nice though.

They took down my last post so I will again!!! I came in with my AUTISTIC child after a long day of promising him bowling... just to get discriminated against. My son needs bumpers but due to his size the women at the counter refused. Said she didn't care... I told her what she was doing was discrimination! I will be posting this to all social media no one should be allowed to treat a disabled child this way!

Wow, been about 11 years since we've bowled here. You can't just get a simple bowling screen. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to make it as simple as possible. However, I watched the overhead screens for the lanes to either side of us and you can add your face, and it'll make a short video clip with the team doing silly stuff with your face added to the characters. It was quite hilarious at times. Ordering food is only done at your table, with your card, no cash, and you must pay a tip. You are given 3 choices of tip percentage to add. After all, people are bringing your food and drinks to you. I chose to pay cash, therefore I had to go to the desk and place my good order. Yes, the same desk where you pay for your games and rent shoes. It was different. But we'll go again since we didn't bowl as well as we would have liked. The main downside. Some people don't pay attention or don't understand the rule about waiting for the person next to you to finish before taking your turn. But that probably happens everywhere. It was nice to go bowling again, The bowling areas were clean. Bathrooms needed to be attended to, But otherwise, clean facility. Get out and go bowling You'll be glad you you did!

Nice bowling center. Very large and open. 50 lanes. If you come before 6pm on Friday, get buy 2 get 1 free games. Food is decent pizza, chicken, burgers, hotdogs, nachos, etc.. There is a bar with a few pool tables. Has decent alcohol selection. Staff is friendly... Usually staff is young high school/college age workers. They have league play on some week nights.
