The people here are so friendly! I went for a Covid PCR test and it was so fast and smooth! These people have health care down to a science, pun intended! Thank you!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I have called everyday this week multiple times a day and no one will answer the phone. Someone answered one time 2 days ago but they put me on hold instantly and never came back!! I waited over 20 minutes for her to pick back up. Absolutely ridiculous.

They NEVER answer the phone!! I was there in person for a scheduled appointment. They "misplaced" a document that I needed yet they already had recieved from the previous time I was there. Told me they couldnt help me until I got it. I told them I would go get it right away. The lady said sorry but you will have to make another appointment. I asked her if i could schedule one while I was there. Nope! You have to call... been calling for 4 days now. Oh, and you can't leave a message either for them to call you back because they don't "monitor the line".

How is it fair that birth control is free to put in your arm like the implant but they charge to take it out. It should be free they should have no charge, it’s Crazy how there happy to put it in but won’t take it out they give me so many problems like step up!!!! REMOVING IT SHOULD NOT COST!!

Worst place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service here is the lowest of the low. I recently visited this business because I needed blood work done for an upcoming surgery. I get there for my appointment and they ask me if the nurse had contacted me because she called in and they would not be able to help me. First of all no one called me to advise me of the problem nonetheless making a blank trip for nothing. They ask me to sit in the waiting room they will see if one of the other nurses would see me. Finally hear my name called so I walked to the back to get the work done the nurse begins to explain to me that the nurse is not there and that I'd have to come back another day. I told her that I need to get the work done today because of an upcoming surgery requires these test be done and completed/submitted. She looks at me and tells me NONE of them are able to perform the blood work it has to be the "doc in charge". First of all I know people get sick things happen whatever the case but I also know that the doctor on call or another doctor that was there could've have perform the work. So you mean to tell me you are a nurse and you aren't allowed to do anything but look at a computer and pretend you know what you are doing. All of this bs caused my surgery to be canceled and rescheduled. Thanks Lake Charles Health Unit for pushing me even further away from living a normal and happy life. My brain tumor thanks you too. :::

I came to this health to receive my 1st and 2nd COVID-19 vaccination. They were well organized, polite and helpful. Thanks to you guys for being out there and getting this done for us.

The nicest people and great experience! Got our Covid test here and couldn’t have been more please with their service.

Got my flu shot today for free. They should have had it better organized. But once they got the ball rolling you were in and out in no time. They should have had a sign in list since they were offering free flu shots.

Sorry hours, any option is impossible to get in touch with a person. Kinda like trying to get in touch with Obama. Typical government operation. Why do we taxpayers put up with it. We have to produce, or get out! There wasn't a minus one thru 5 stars!
