The Universoul Circus is just the best. It has something for everyone of all ages. You will just love it. It does travel around the Country from time to time and if you get a chance it is a must see circus. They have great acts from all over the world. They have performers you will not see elsewhere. They are all so talented. It is better than Cirque by a long shot. This is a real circus with a tent and it stays and then goes. You can get your tickets on line. And no, they don't abuse animals. They did have one horse act which was very tame. Other than that, no animals, just talented humans. It is uplifting and caring. The MC will talk to you and make the whole crowd feel welcome and everyone is welcome. The seats are as comfortable as you are going to get at a tent show, so get over that. They have great concessions and the staff is just the best. We went home feeling uplifted and happy. They did that.

I absolutely liked the location. It's by a shopping center where there is lots of places to shop and eat. Not only that but the hotel itself is nothing short of amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desk ladies were amazing as well. They made checking in easy and my room was available as soon as I arrived. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I stayed in room 505 this Labor Day weekend. The room was clean and had everything you need. Coffee maker, fridge, t.v, plenty of shower shampoo conditioner, lotion and a wonderful view. There was plenty of parking and security walking around keeping the area secure and safe.The pool was so fun and they also have an outside work out area that I enjoyed. My daughter loved it and enjoyed the arcade. I can guarantee I will be staying at this hotel again. LA Crystal Hotel and Casino Thank you for the great stay, me and my family enjoyed it.

This place is literally a circus! I do not recommend coming here after dark. The first and last time I came here I saw a large group of people in the parking lot and then gunshots erupted, 2 minutes later a dozen cops were there.

Everytime we come to LA we book this hotel. Prices are fair and the rooms always clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent. Last time we came was 4 years ago and they have done a lot of renovations. Interior looks way better than exterior. Don't judge location it's worth the stay. Breakfast in the morning are great and have a good variety. parking is secured and they have quite a few guards present throughout the day. Feel safe and kids love the pool and jacuzzi. Only down side is pool closes early.

do not let the newly renovated lobby and photos fool you, this hotel is mediocre in nearly every aspect. rooms are old and poorly maintained, beds have cheap bedding, weak shower pressure, stained carpets, and a general atmosphere of being somewhat unkempt. also little annoyances, such as having outlets only on one side of the wall ?? while this alone doesn’t sink this place down to a one star, the lack of wifi + inconvenient location + general disinterest of the staff do. seems as though the mediocre service provided by the front staff make them a perfect fit for working at this hotel. avoid at all costs unless absolutely necessary. also smells so bad. truly the worst. also, despite the renovations to look classy, they fall flat and only manage to make the place tacky and semi flashy.

This hotel was very nice for the money. The rooms were very clean and had a relaxing almost apartment like feel with all the amenities. It was classy on a budget. Staff was very nice too. Will definitely stay again and maybe even gamble next time

Online was 95$ and manager Helen asked if we checked price, I said no because she used to give me special price of 60$, then she said we changed prices and it's 160$ a night. Bad service for a long time customer. Won't recommend this place. Too noisy highway right under the window

To get here its confusing. So, the outside looks deserted..front of the hotel is totally separated from the casino. Parking lot full of pot holes all around the hotel..So, I walk in it's very quiet nothing is open but, the front desk. Helen very kind is working the desk. I get to my room totally different from the outside. The room very clean bed comfortable..yes there's a pool and jacuzzi outside also clean..but, theres a underground parking garage scary..they need more lighting and security there..

I would say for a hotel is pretty good hotel. Location, price, big safety parking lot, breakfast, cleaning and front desk guys and Pablo are great. I am really suggesting that. Some ppl don’t like breakfast with no reason. Ot is breakfast what you wanna eat?! For breakfast you have all needed. The room is clean. Really clean. For this price I would say you can not find any better hotel.
