One of my favorite places to stay! The rate is reasonable. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are very kind and professional. The housekeeping team is great and very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a home away from home stay. I would definitely recommend to others and will be returning again soon!

To get here its confusing. So, the outside looks deserted..front of the hotel is totally separated from the casino. Parking lot full of pot holes all around the hotel..So, I walk in it's very quiet nothing is open but, the front desk. Helen very kind is working the desk. I get to my room totally different from the outside. The room very clean bed comfortable..yes there's a pool and jacuzzi outside also clean..but, theres a underground parking garage scary..they need more lighting and security there..

I have a service animal and I called before to make sure it wouldn't be an issue since I don't have paper work, because I trained her myself, they said it was fine. I walk from downtown Long Beach, and the security guard calls me a liar, "if that is a service animal why doesn't it have a proper leash" since I went to buy a leash but all they have is dog chains, then they kicked me out when I got upset he called me a liar - even though I even called first just so this bigotry wouldn't happen, I have PTSD and being called a liar triggers me, as it does most people. Legally, all they can ask is what is my disability and what service does my dog provide, they are not allowed by law to call someone with PTSD or other disabilities a liar without cause.

Would been bettif we had a microwave in our room. That was inconvenient. Otherwise it was nice.

Crystal Casino is a great place to play card table games. The satff has excellent customer service. the dealer's are great to be around and fun. One of my favorite games there is Baccarat you could win big the buy in $10 dollars. Would i recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to have a good time. Tell them jackson sent you.

The casino DOES NOT have slot machines. The walls driving though are all boarded up and there is graffiti outside on the building. Trash everywhere on the way out and more graffiti. I guess if you're really into cards you might like this place.

My date got upset that we weren't allowed to park outside the casino, then it was so hard to get into the underground parking, so she got fed up n' bailed on me.

I love this place! The owner is awesome. He takes really good care of the Hotel

The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. The toilet had stains underneath the seat and all around it and the tub was not properly cleaned.
