As someone is who is suffering mentally, I just want everyone else to know not to go here. The doctor is extremely rude and condescending. I don’t know how this man is even a psychiatrist when he treats people who need help so horribly. This man made faces at me, laughed at me and was just a horrible human being. The receptionist is rude as well. That lady clearly hates her job and all the patients. She’s the first person that patients see when they come and she’s very unpleasant. This company needs to do better. There are people who are suffering and come here to get help to just have a horrible experience. This is why so many people don’t get the help they need.
They called me a day previous to be here at 9:45am for an appointment. Then the receptionist makes a smirk when talking to her. Girl please do you need services as well because that is not how you treat people with mental disabilities. My son has been waiting for an hour plus. Ridiculous.
The receptionist is so rude she won't even open the glass window to let you speak. The wait time is ridiculous. I lost my counselor almost 3 months ago, still don't have a new one. But the people are nice and they try to do their best with what they're given.
I turned to them in a time of need and felt they were caring and compassionate. I was referred to Kay Fleming who I think is a miracle worker. A big Thank you to Dr. McGrath as well!
This place is the worst place I've ever been to. The receptionist was lazy and I was there for 2 freaken hours before she even took my information. I don't know what kind of place this is, but it isn't a business. Don't bother wasting your time here. Moments of your life you will NEVER get back. And the worst part is....this is literally all the city has to offer.
The Hispanic receptionist was fantastic! She helped me out so much in my time of need!! My wife and I are so grateful!!!
