We loved it!!! Super scary. Lots to see. Lots of surprises. 2 couples joined us. They kept making sure we went first. BUT-spooks & ghouls came at us from all angles at anytime. No one was immune from fright. Started with a lil loop next to ticket booth. Several creatures there. Then got wagon ride back into the deep dark woods.... Terror prevailed. Many well know movie creatures. MANY unidentifiable lost souls. Lots of mazes, dark paths, buildings, and creepy scary displays. We really liked it. Will go again. Try to get more friends to go with us. U TRY IF U DARE!! C&G
We had been to Campground Massacre previously, but this year we were left underwhelmed. The price at $20 per ticket is too high for the quality of the experience. You enter the haunted attraction along with others as one large group. Unless you're at the front of the group you probably won't get scared, because you'll see the people in front of you get frightened and that ruins your scare. I think they need more actors and to space it out better. We didn't scream once - just a lot of walking around in the dark. I would spend my money at Scarowinds nearby instead if I were you.
