Great camping spot for both seasonal and overnight. New owners that took over mid summer last year. We spent 3 nights here at site 30 which is a large treed site and very private. Cute aesthetic decorations around and lots of trees. Laundry facilities are a well kept outdoor covered structure. Very cool. The only con is the canteen, Pinky’s, which we found pricey and does not have Interac which forces the customer to use an expensive ATM that charges $3.25 fee to withdraw cash. We had strawberry sundaes that were quite small we ordered large and had what tasted like a very sweet strawberry jam topping that we did not enjoy at all and felt like we wasted $$$. There is a pool that we did not use but looked very clean but quite small. Overall a very well kept campground with a lot of amenities. We would go back again.
We were booked for a one night stop-over. After a brutal day of car trouble and traveling, we arrived at 10:30pm in the pouring rain. The staff were extremely helpful despite it being past their office hours. They suggested we set up for the night in their shelter so we wouldn't have to set up and take down in the rain. We are so thankful for that kindness.
What a gem!!! So well laid out…plenty of space! Great burger / chip / ice cream shop on site! Highly recommend the Club House Burger and fries! We will be back!!Service: 5/5

This campground has new owners and you can reserve their sites online using CampSpot and searching "Camping St. Leonard". Owners were very nice to talk to when we called to ask about booking sites. See you in July.
New owners... Very nice people, super service, very clean place. We were there for 1 night only but were welcome like if we were there for the summer! Good luck with your new acquisition.
What a gem of a campground. Well cared for, large sites.
Nice clean place ..good incredible food ...after a 2 hr drive in SXS nice to have a place to reguvenate...staff friendly , service with a smile..they make you feel like they known you ..
Tried to upgrade me to a 40. dollar site with water and electricity upon entering. Told all the simple sites were full. This appears to not be true. Am now on a site with no services. Said I needed zero services. Saved 12. Place seems fairly new or rebuilt. Separated heavily treed campground, some distance from entrance. Very quiet. Too quiet. Surrounded by "permanent" yearly campers. Washrooms very clean. Non-pay showers in good nick. Wifi? Not where they put me.
